There were keys to get into parking and the building so everything was secure. There was a full kitchen. The rooms were spacious. There are balconies for the rooms so we had our own space to sit outside. The rooms had their own washing machine and dryer and they provided detergent. The front desk was virtual and if we had issues or needed anything we could call or text. They responded in a timely manner. Check in and out was super easy. The pool was really nice. There were lounge chairs in the pool and seating inside the edge in the deep end of the pool. They had plenty of lounge chairs around the pool along with a seating area around a fire pit. There were also a few grills inside the pool area and a fridge and freezer. If you needed to wash your hands there was a sink as well. The area itself was quiet. The whole place was well thought out.

The beds were hard. The water pressure was nonexistent in the shower and the drain was slow.

Great location close to everything. High end community amenities in the club house and great pool (but only 4.5’ deep) a bit of a walk to get to the club house from our unit but parking was readily available. Our unit was clean, modern, and really well appointed and decorated. Loved the no wait checkin. Super comfy beds and great to have shower and bath products of good quality as well as dishwasher and washing machine detergent. All the little extras covered. 5 mins from museums and uptown.

Distance to amenities.

I loved the apartment. It was comfortable and relaxing. It felt like home. i hated to leave. I am personally not good with written directions and had to ask for help several times, but once I understood, all was good. I am hearing impaired, which made the telephone help difficult to understand, but no one gave up or lost patience with me.

I would have appreciated a local humane resource on the premises to answer my questions.

Everything it was peaceful and relaxing and everyone was respectful and nice and polite

The location was great because it was right by downtown. The condo was beautiful, well equipped, and clean and the beds were super comfy.

Strong smell of marijuana in the hallways. It was awful. Thankfully there was no smell in the condo itself but the minute you walk out the door you felt like you're at concert and might end up with a contact high.

I like the fact that the area was nice and downtown Charlotte NC was only a couple minutes away from EVERYTHING! you need.

This place was super clean and quiet. And everyone in the area was nice and friendly

the towels were weird like when I washed them they turned black in spots and they didn’t give us enough toilet paper or laundry stuff

great property. felt very safe and it was located conveniently between the places we needed to go.

There was little to no signage and the buildings around there look very much alike. We had problems locating it. Once we finally found the correct building, everything was excellent!

Laundry detergent, swimming towels, cooking oil, salt and pepper, coffee various teas including creamer. Unit was very clean

Coffee maker was broken. Entrance to the actual unit through the staircase was very disheveled

Very cosy with a fully working kitchen, laubdry machina and dryer.

Cannot get into the building, fortunately there was someone entering the building and let us in. The building code was actually the gate code, so I don’t have the code for the building.
