The staff was exceptional, very professional, helpful, and knowledgeable. I got it. The concierge Crystal was so helpful. I reported a bag of trash in the parking lot and the groundskeeper immediately took care of it. The next morning Temeka at the coffee bar so polite ask me did I need anything? And Anthony was very helpful and polite. It made my stay great and I will come back.

This hotel compared to even more expensive hotels we stayed in during this trip. Cleanliness was excellent. The lobby and rooms were very nicely appointed and the morning breakfast was great. Staff was very friendly.

This hotel met and even exceeded our expectations. We will definitely stay here during our next visit to family. I would definitely recommend this hotel to friends and family. A very nice place to stay.

The facility was new and in excellent condition. The staff was superb and very supportive, and the room was very very clean and well appointed.

The location was a bit difficult to find even with my Garmin. The price i paid of over $250 for a single room with 2 queen beds was too high. The breakfast was good but scrambled eggs versus a cheese omelet (with what seemed like velveta cheese) was not as good or probably not appealing to wider audiences. The AC in the room was very noisy, even to the point of interfering with the tv sound it was so loud. Even when i turned the unit off, and kept it off for a long period, the unit continued to be noisy -- and continued thru the night. I assume, and hope, this is that unit only.

Perfect suite for a family of 4, the sofa bed was handy for our youngest. It was very convenient to have a mini fridge, microwave, and Keurig in the room. The room was very clean and comfortable. Having a mirror and shelf separate from the bathroom was also very handy for a family getting ready all at the same time. The room had plenty of convenient outlets and charging ports for our devices.

The staff were all so eager to help and provide great service. Two people stood out! Tim who is in charge of breakfast was so friendly and went out of his way to serve us! Thank you Tim. I did not get the other young man's name, but he was cleaning the first floor and I made a mess and he cleaned it right up and said it was his pleasure to help me...this kind of service seems rare but I found this at this Holiday Inn Express! Thank you and we will be back!

They did not serve bacon for breakfast like in the past but everything is so expensive right now! Still had an amazing breakfast!

The staff is the friendliest!! The hotel is new and clean and the design was very thought out very well! I know this is a little thing, but the extra shelf and plug in as you walk in in front of the full mirror allowed me to continue getting ready while my husband and son could shower and use the bathroom. It is so clean and you get free breakfast too!!! Will definitely be staying here again and telling all of my friends. Very conveniently located with lots of food options and shops within walking distance and nearby.

The room was clean!

The upper light on the bathroom mirror was burnt out; The bottom lining around the shower was starting to mold and looke a little cruddy. but I did not report itany of that. The phone seemed to be a cheap one and I could not hear from it. I called the desk on my cell phone and did fine. No worries.

The 50.00 dollar deposit on the room I had to book another night so that was also 50.00. I was told it would be back on my card but 3 days later still not. so I called and was told it could be up to 2 weeks to process back to card. I have stayed other hotels and it’s back on the card before I can load my luggage. Not very pleased that it takes that long, and I didn’t know that there would be a deposit,probably will effect me staying again.

Great trip visit family - hotel was clean, staff was great - even though they were training new people, they were doing an excellent job. Location was great - easy to get to food w/ lots of choices. Easy to get to highways/shopping. Mini market in front was helpful. Wish we could have stayed longer to try the sports bar across the street w/ a late night food truck!

Could have used a few more luggage carts.

Location. Was great, their breakfast was good, but lacked healthy alternatives. Room was quiet and with the darkening shade in the window, it allowed for a very comfortable room without street/outside noises.

Transport carts, wasn’t enough of them available, I assume people were holding on to them in their rooms. Had to hand carry luggage.
