Holiday Inn Express & Suites Ashtabula-Geneva, an IHG Hotel

clean , nice people very friendly. We were there for the annual motorcycle rally Thunder on the strip and they were very accommodating to the riders. They had a shuttle service available that was awesome and readily available they did a great job, we hardly had to wait at all for them. that was a great unexpected service, keep that going for next year as I am recommending all of my group stay next year.

We wanted to extend our checkout by a few hours and the front desk person was very rude. I understand they are busy but the manor in how she responded was not professional at all. All we needed to do was keep our bags there a little longer as we were riding back to town for the day. Other than that our stay was fantastic.

Cleanliness. The breakfast was good, not excellent.

The lighted bathroom mirror was really hard to tolerate. Others in our group of 4 (2 rooms) made the same remark. The placement of the Dove products could have been more convenient, but I understand the concept. The double shower curtain was awkward.

We only had one issue. On our last night to stay we could not get into our room. Both key cards would not work. We went to the desk clerk and he reprogrammed the cards. He apologized several times. Problem solved. Otherwise it was a great trip!!

All the staff were very friendly and very prompt with assistance when requests were made. Our room was spacious, comfortable, and clean. It looked recently renovated. The hotel was conveniently located near the family members and places we visited.

One of the front desk personnel was very slow at using the computer to check us in and then later when we bought some snacks. He was very nice and brought fresh towels to the room very quickly, but he appeared unfamiliar with the tech side of working the front desk.

The Location, was ok,the rooms were clean,the breakfast was ok,the eggs were overcooked,

The afternoon clerk,wasn't much help ,was trying to book another day,my vomputer won't allow me,! She could've cared less, had to book at another hotel,that was the only problem we had,her customer service SUCKED!!!!!!

Breakfast was good. Employees friendly. Pool was OPEN, water warm, pool area was clean.

Pool should open at 6am for people who want exercise early. It was not in a noisy place that eould disturb anyone.

I did not use them but it was nice to have both a refrigerator and a microwave available in the room. The room was spacious and Wi-Fi worked without a problem.

I did not like the bleak breakfast setting in which, even though Covid restrictions should no longer apply, we were simply given breakfast in Styrofoam boxes with small portions. There was always a long line for people waiting for the Styrofoam of food.

Clean. Bright decor. Friendly staff. Near interstate. Breakfast offerings were very nice.

Lights continually blinked when we plugged in second phone on nightstand table. Moved phone to outlet on other side of room and blinking stopped. Bathroom fan was noisy.

Cleanliness was my main point. Basically we just slept showered and had breakfast.Next time I come I will have more time to venture more in the hotel.

Everything was excellent.

Saturday's breakfast was good. It was quiet and the front people were real nice

I did not care for Sunday's breakfast. The biscuits were hard and dry.
