What a lovely place to spend two nights near Gearhart's beautiful beach. The location, also near Cannon Beach and Ecola State Park, was perfect and very welcoming. Great staff, cocktails upon arrival and a breakfast basket at our door every morning. The suite / cabin we had was well equipped, lots of extra goodies (wine, cookies etc. - not included) waiting for us, and we enjoyed the cozy layout. Definitely recommend this place for an Oregon coast getaway!

The parking lot is not very generous, and if all cottages are occupied, getting in and out may be an issue. Also, I would add an extra shower curtain to make sure water does not splash in the bathroom.

Location was great and the cottage was impeccably clean and very nicely decorated. The staff was polite and friendly. Perfect for a couples’ getaway.

The cottage was really small and I would not recommend for groups larger than 3 adults. Even the largest room that we booked was pretty tight. While the decor was lovely we found it not always functional. Lastly, we were a group of 5 adults and breakfast was only provided for 2. It is odd to advertise a room with breakfast included when it only covers some of the occupants.

It's one of the only places to stay in Gearhart with on-site management. Excellent location in the heart of the town and close to the Ridge Path for walking. The beds were comfortable and the room was a decent size. Breakfast was continental-style and delivered to the door in a basket! There are some nice places to sit outside.

There was a lot of noisy maintenance activity: mowing of small lawn late in the afternoon, which chased us inside; leaf blower kicking up dust in the morning.

The Drifthaven is a hidden gem - each room is unique, decorated with a fun midcentury vibe, and very pet-friendly. You are greeted with a complimentary hot toddy in the evening, nice grounds and ideally located. Right across the street from a fabulous restaurant for dinner and a yummy coffee shop -bakery for breakfast. Also, if you want to just relax there is a nice little breakfast basket delivered right to your front door. Highly recommend.

Cute little breakfast and brought to door every morning was nice. Great coffee set up and kitchenette type counter. Had just what I needed. Clean room, but not pretentious because it’s dog friendly. Me and my puppy felt comfortable.

I liked everything really but the beds are low which I’m fine with but my dog seemed to think it was low on his account. So, you can guess what happened next. Re-training once we got home and he’s been listening to down-down much better now.

So cute! We brought our dog with us and he was given everything he needed for a great stay as well. The property is beautifully maintained with plants and flowers throughout. The staff brought a basket of goodies for breakfast outside our door every morning. Delightful!

I do wish there was a place to put my makeup/ toiletries while getting ready in the morning.

The location is perfect. It's off the main road and very quiet and peaceful. We enjoyed the breakfast basket in the morning with the French press coffee maker. The heater in the living room was very cozy and kept our space warm and inviting. The down duvet cover was also very pleasant and inviting.

No place to cook if you're planning on that. Small microwave and refrigerator, however.

Nice continental breakfast. Good coffee in room. Offer food items for diabetics without sugar. Perfect location for beach access, walks around town, walk to McMenamins at golf course, etc. Best beach-combing beach for whole sand dollars. Try to go at low tide. Beautiful sunsets from park bench or beach.

King bed was much too soft. Have chairs with backs instead of bench at end of bed (room 4).

Excellent location in Gearhart. Walking distance to all that you need: Store, cafe and a restaurant. Very clean facilities and very comfortable bed.

Really nothing, but beware it is a small apartment. It has everything you need.

Lovely modern, clean and comfortable accommodation and the staff were so friendly giving us lots of recommendations for things to do in the area. The breakfast basket every morning was also a lovely addition!
