The location was very convenient for me, and the staff (particularly the evening staff) were very kind and accommodating. They went beyond not only what I expected from a Comfort Inn...but, were more professional & helpful than staff at most 4 star hotels I've stayed with. I was going through a scary & difficult time (personally), and had to check-in early. I expected nothing more than to be handed my door card and that would have been fine. In addition, I received kind words and genuine compassion, and was offered cookies and coffee. Exceptional customer service!

It was a tad noisy, but then again...I WAS on the first floor with my pet, so in a way, it's understood.

The staff is always friendly every time we go. They always treat us and our dogs with kindness. Their breakfast is wonderful-- there is always a variety to choose from.

I didn't like that they removed the grass and replaced it with rocks-- it made it more difficult for taking our dogs out to use the bathroom. Also, we had to request to have our room clean, when in the past, it has always been done daily.

The facility appeared clean, and the hot breakfast was very good. My dog was welcomed with a goodie bag and an extra cover to help keep the bedspread clean. The bed was surprisingly comfy and we both slept well. Every member of the staff that I interacted with was friendly.

Our room was a bit shabby (some peeling paint in the bathroom, a couple small holes in the wall), but appeared clean. The ice machine on the first floor broke our second day there, and the TV had occasional connectivity issues.

This dog-friendly hotel was close to the freeway yet quiet. We enjoyed the hot tub and pool and the room was spacious with a comfortable bed. Breakfast was the standard fare with plenty of options. The staff was welcoming and helpful.

I with the extra fee for the dog was posted upfront. I don't mind paying for it, but for planning and budget purposes, it would be good know there is one.

Beds were comfortable and the TV worked well. Bathroom was clean with plenty of towels. The AC was not too noisy. Breakfast edible but nothing to rave about.

As with most motels, the duvet was too heavy for summer use. You have to rip the bed coverings off to get to just a sheet, or you have to run the AC down to freezing if you use the duvet. There is quite a lot of road noise from the highway. Request a room on the left as you enter to reduce this, Also, request a top floor room because our floor squeaked. Luckily we were top floor.

Breakfast was OK. Bacon could have been more crispy, but that's personal. Wife liked the waffles. Juices seemed diluted with water...not a lot of taste in them. Small cups compared to other hotels.

Pool area was very hot. We used the sauna. After awhile we could taste the disinfectant. Was it more than required? Location of hotel was miserable. The route in and out was designed by idiots. But, that may said of many roads in Medford.

I enjoyed the late hours of the pool and spa. Staff was great, especially Karen, the night front desk clerk. Karen went above and beyond to ensure a quality stay. The room was basic and wonderfully clean!!!

The only complaint I have is location. It is centrally located but it also can send you in circles if you miss a turn! Other than that my stay was fabulous.

Room had no hidden places my cat could hide. Wifi hookup was immediate and required no info to instantly be online. Breakfast was very complete with a great variety of choices. Glad to have a rolling cart to load and unload.

Can't think of anything - it was all great and I'll certainly be using the hotel again in the future.

Karen at the front desk was amazing. very accommodating. tracked down extra blankets and helped us with hot water and utensils and a few other things. she was working hard doing laundry for guests, keeping the pool towels full. we can be a needy family with 3 kids after a long drive. Karen was a rare find. wonderful. breakfast was great and pool was a nice have despite the hot tub being down for repair. close to the Hwy for quick stop over trips as we were coming back from Disney to Vancouver.

Clean, quiet, good price, glad to have hot tub and pool.

The bed was uncomfortable. The breakfast cook was loudly upset because all the eggs/sausage/bacon was gone after a large crew of workers had eaten. If he had been paying attention he could have been better prepared.
