The front desk staff was amazing, friendly, and welcoming

The woman that does breakfast weekday mornings spends more time trying to sleep with all the men there than she does doing her job. Saw it happen with multiple men. She blatantly told my husband that she felt that her and him were a married couple and kept touching him. She was rude to me along with the other females there and seemed to only care about entertaining the men

Good location. Check-in was prompt and parking was available which is saying something in this area of Portland. Staff was responsive to requests and the included breakfast was good.

Had to go to the front desk for some housekeeping items. Staff seems to think a 1/2 roll of TP will last 3 people 3 days. C'mon, leave some spares in the room. Conditioner ran out but front desk corrected promptly and pleasantly.

We wanted a place close to Washington Park where my son was attending a day camp all week, and this worked well. If it hadn't been such a horribly gross heat wave we would have enjoyed exploring 23rd straight south from the hotel, there were so many restaurants and other interesting looking places! Speaking of the heat wave, the perfectly working and nicely cold A/C was much appreciated. The beds were great, and the room was very clean.

The breakfast wasn't all that, and after 5 mornings, it was a bit monotonous. The only thing my son wanted was pancakes, but the pancake machine kept breaking down, sadly. Future guests may want to bring a power strip if they plan to do computer work or have multiple things needing charging.

Bed was very comfortable. Amenities where nice. There were plenty of breakfast options.

As I didn't book the room for the view, it would have been nice to see less of the roof. The beverage vending machine could have been better stocked. For a one night stay, I think $180 is way too much. I would pay a hundred at the most but I had no other choice. Parking was a little tight.

Zero noise at night. Very comfortable. Easy access from freeway.

Pricey. No lounge or bar

Me and my husband really loved our stay in this Holiday Inn. The staffs are very accommodating and approachable. We were worried of the parking so we tried to avail the $20 paid parking, but the staff helped us by giving one of their spot, saved us the $20. Free breakfast was amazing, really good to jumpstart our day. This hotel is highly recommended. Would love to come back here.

None. Everything is perfect.

Location is find easily. Not busy traffic. Had enough space in parking lots. Clean room. Enough space for 4 people. Beds and pillows are comfortable. Thank you for dryer. Nice TV. Air conditioner works great. This hotel has swimming pool and hot tub and water temperature is very good. They're Coffee mate creamers French Vanilla and Hazelnuts big bottle very good. Overall very good but not perfect.

The first, entrance door didn't open when we arrived on around 5:15pm March 25 Friday 2022. We tried push interphone many times and called this hotel then opened. The front desk staff said he went to bathroom but we waited there 5 to 10 minutes but felt longer. And front desk staff treated us kind of rough and not kind, maybe it's his friendliness but was not for me. The shower is bit colder. Can we get warm water quickly on next time please? The breakfast taste is fair, expected much more warmer and tasty. Kids expected to have bacon.

most of things ! really good value for money, free breakfast is sufficient and good ! bed r comfy. location is great also with free parking ! staffs r friendly. they have microwave , also common dining area .

my only complain is they don’t offer free bottled water like 99% hotel does , even just the small complimentary one, most guests when they r arriving r tied and thirsty, it’s great if greeted by bottled water ; sound proof can be better , even we stay at top floor when there r kids running around we still feel the vibration of the floor .

liked that parking was free and in parking garage, good breakfast, nice facility with swimming pool & hot tub and workout room.

the housekeeping wasn’t too often, there wasn’t water pressure in the bathroom which made it very hard to take showers. some areas had a strange smell to it

The breakfast was exceptional. There was a good variety of items to choose from, the food was fresh, hot items were hot, the serving area was very clean and well stocked. The staff was very visible restocking the breakfast bar and cleaning the dining area.

The location was not what I expected. It was easy access to the freeways, etc. but although it is in the city center, it is not exactly downtown. Lack of restaurants, shops, etc. within walking distance. Quite a few homeless around the area.
