Staff was friendly. This is a value location. You will not be blown away by amenities, but the value combined with friendliness, comfort, and cleanliness is well worth the trade off. We needed a nice place to stay just outside of the city and this was perfect. I would highly recommend for those who just need a place to stay in a good location. There are plenty of things to do and places to eat within a five minute drive of the location.

It is simple. Okay by me, but not for everyone.

When we arrived about 2ish pm, my room was ready and super clean. Hard wood floors, it smells really good, comfortable it had all the needs that we needed and in a really good area specially that it was our first time in Pittsburgh, PA. My family and I were really pleased with the stay and the staff was amazing. Thank you!

Good location.

The door was too small for the door frame. From the door handle down there was a gap that allowed light and a draft through. The bathroom door was too big for the door frame. You couldn’t shut the door. Broken glass in parking lot and found a couple nails in parking lot too. I believe they’re doing some renovations.

Very clean and well kept.

The only issue i had was only 3 pillows on the bed and the mattress was extremely firm, I had a very hard time falling asleep and my back hurt very bad when i woke up.

From the outside it looked like a run down motel. However, I couldn't believe how clean the room was. Everything's updated and very clean.

The complimentary breakfast was cheap and nothing I could eat.

The staff was very friendly and eager to assist with whatever needs guests had.

I wish the breakfast was more thorough and with greater options. This seems to be the same at every Econo Lodge. Your basic breakfast of muffins, fruit, cereal and bagels.

I only had coffee, juice and fruit for breakfast; it was Ok; the location is fantastic

I would suggest management place bath mats inside the tub to prevent slipping. I nearly fell getting in/out of the tub.

The Econolodge staff was very accommodating considering a Booking.com agent changed my reservation. Good thing I kept the email with my reservation information.

Bed was comfortable. Vinyl flooring was nice. Water pressure was good.

Cloth chair was badly stained. Toilet leaked when flushed.

Staff went above and beyond expectations to meet our comfort needs. I will stay here every time I visit McKeesport in the future. I will also recommend this place to all my brothers at the fire station who decide to visit the area.
