The entire staff, wherever we went, were the most courteous and friendly people I have ever delt with. They always ensured that all our expectations were met.

Our room service breakfast was terrible. I ordered a typical eggs and meat and my wife ordered an English muffin. My eggs were cold and the muffin was hardly toasted and cold as well. When I called to complaint I told them that for around $60, I expect the breakfast to be the best I had ever eaten. I was told that there would be no charge. When I checked out only $20 was deducted.

The resort and grounds were beautiful and well-maintained. There were a lot of activities available, and easy access to them via frequent and clean shuttles.

Unlike other, similar resorts, most activities were a la carte, including fitness/meditation classes (of which there were too few), bowling, axe throwing, etc. there was only one casual dining option, with a limited menu. And my biggest complaint is the lack of shower and underwhelming facilities at the pool.

we loved everything about the property. it is an outstanding property with such class. we did everything from miniature golf to hanging at the peak

i will be honest. i would have said nothing but last night we walked into the beautiful lautrec after examining the menu offered on line we were blown away but the fixed menu for 350 per couple. we would have enjoyed it except the menu offered nothing that we were interested in. we left with robert being very gracious. we went back to aqueous for another fabulous dinner. not right to be shocked liked that. we can afford it but we want to have a choice of many items

Nemacolin exceeded our expectations, even though it was our second stay there. The facilities, the beauty, environment, art gallery, zoo, our townhouse backyard - to name a few. We loved the new pool and the ice cream place - gorgeous! The staff was very nice and quick in resolving the issues or answering requests. It is a great place for families and for couples.

Rooms could have been way cleaner (dust and vacuum cleaning) I guess that's the only thing I can think about.

the heat in our room was not turned on: unable to easily get someone in the phone though once they arrived, the heat was turned on in the ceiling during both dinners, wait staff rushed us through our meals: while one of us was still eating they cleared and asked about dessert —keep in mind there were plenty of empty tables

The place is a class 🎬 act period! The food venues are 💣bomb. The grounds are sprawling & beautiful! I love that Mr. Hardy keeps the property Cigar friendly! 😁 It is pleasant to see this in a grand venue w/in the 🇺🇸US ; w/ all the slowly declining freedoms and people choosing to be offended by everything they dont do. Did i mention 24hr 5star room service. Bravo Nemicolin! 👏👊🏋‍♂️

Nemicolin has something for everyone. Truely a great American resort! ❤ There was not one single disappointment at this property!

We loved staying at the townhouse. From check in to check out everyone was so helpful. The restaurants were great and access to shuttle was helpful. We were also able to get spa appointments and everything was thought of and they were implementing safety protocols due to Covid 19. We are looking to coming back soon!

Breakfast went well. Excellent service. Pan cakes were good could have been a little lighter (fluffy).

I know the casino is not owned by Nemacolin. Terrible food at lone wolf, just not the greatest. Also I realize this is five star Hotel and it is elite and exceptional beautiful. Maybe a few times a year have some lower prices to allow others to enjoy such beauty even if it was a one time experience.

Breakfast was exactly what I requested and the food was great. We had Diana who was very gracious and accommodating.

Coffee was too strong and had no flavor. In-restaurant dining cancelled due to PA corona revised rules.

Staff, food, amenities are top notch

Main restaurant Lautrec is absolutely not worth the money. Half of the menu was over or undercooked, experience not nearly expectations
