Fairfield Inn & Suites Kennett Square

Plenty of space, ease of check in and out, good breakfast, quiet room.

The uncomfortable bed and thin uncomfortable pillows! Both must had been in use for yrs and years! For the price we paid, we expected at least a good night’s sleep but had the opposite. Very disappointing! Odd dining area layout does not offer comfort and ease of use. Not enough lighting by the dining table.

Location was perfect-central to Brandywine Museum and Battlegrounds as well as to great restaurants in Kennett Square. We loved the bathroom shower and shampoo! Room was quiet, clean and comfortable. Love the coffee station and breakfast room. We’ll stay again.

Breakfast choices were a 7/10. Pre made quiche and croissant weren’t quality—too salty. but we made it work with yogurt & fruit, hard boiled egg.

The breakfast was well done. We liked the fact that everything was individually wrapped and there was a variety of things to choose from. The suite we had was excellent. It was nice having a living room with its own TV. The room was very clean as well.

An outdoor pool would have been nice but it was not a game changer for us. We thought the hotel was in a great location to shopping and restaurants.

The hotel was beautiful, I truly enjoyed my stayed, the staff was very polite, maintenance was able to resolve an issue that we had with the door, and the cleanliness and the location of the hotel was exceptional!!! It was close by to the shopping center near by and downtown.

The hotel was beautiful, I truly enjoyed my stayed, but we would of like that it had more breakfast options. I understand that the pandemic is not over yet, and that is probably the reason why there was not a bigger breakfast selection. But, I am sure when the pandemic is over the breakfast selection will improve above all expectations.

The location was very convenient - close to all the places we wanted to visit. The food was delicious, although some of us would have liked some bacon instead of the sausage. Liked all the yogurt.

The place seemed rather old. The floor of the bathtub felt like I was walking on water - kept going up and down - and I didn't feel very safe. The shower wasn't very good either.

ROOM WAS FANTASTIC plus staff, coffee station, location was great. The pictures online DO NOT do the place justice but truthfully I think it is because of the wall colors in the rooms LOL

Yellow paint on walls in room wasn't attractive and made the room appear more dated than it actually was

Room was very clean, quiet, and comfortable. Staff was friendly. Breakfast was nice. Great location with plenty to do and places to eat nearby.

Pool was cloudy and dirty (see photo) and the hot tub was so hot you couldn't get in it.

Daniel was so kind and helpful. After a long day of fighting with booking.com regarding a canceled reservation by another hotel. So by the time I got to Fairfield hotel I was worried we did not have a room, however we did but booking.com gave us a king only room and there was three of us!! I went back and spoke with Daniel and he helped us to get a room that would be for three people!! This was stressful due to the fact that my husband has to do dialysis and we had to have a place to due his life saving treatment. After we got a room for three I was trying to take the dialysis machine to the room when the elevator went down. Then came Daniel again and he carried the very heavy machine up the stairs so we could get started with my husband’s treatment. Daniel was so kind and was the bright spot in our challenging day!

Breakfast would be better if more homemade then quiche in a wrapper or egg sandwich in a wrapper Waffles good since customer makes it

Everything about this facility meets or exceeds expectations. Inside and out are spotless & the man who was always cleaning something was friendly as were front desk personnel. The breakfast was as good as we can get during COVID and the efforts were appreciated. I've answered a Fairfield Inn survey before; hoping this one get received this time.

If I had to find something, I suppose a coupon for saving money on the room would always be nice but outwardly, there is nothing that needs to be changed! Keep doing what you're doing!!!
