The staff was helpful, the rooms were outstanding and the suite had the most impressive bathroom and whirlpool tub of anywhere in the city.

Cute decor. Infused water in the lobby. Exceptionall staff. Bathrooms were beautiful and clean. Bedding is comfortable. Our view was cute!

Valet was about $70, when we went to receive our vehicle, there was a 20+ min. wait due to parking being shared with another hotel. Need better parking options! Breakfast only had a small window of time, and so did happy hour. Elevators are Painfully slow.

My hubs and I love the Kimpton and the king bed! We enjoy the jetted tub and the general ambiance of the hotel. The staff is always top notch!

I am not sure if Covid has taken a toll but was a little surprised of the condition of the room. Curtains are stained in the bathroom and the chain is broken. Drain plug was also broken and we had to pry it up to drain the tub. Sheers were ripped badly by the couch. Lights in the bathroom were badly decaying from moisture. Room 2202 needs some help.

Staff was kind and accommodating, the room was clean, and it was centrally located with a lot of walkable options!

We did make one request that wasn't fulfilled - but other than that we had a lovely stay!

We booked the king room with the spa bath and it didn’t disappoint what so ever. The view from our bath was beautiful, the room was clean and they took extra percussions due to covid. The bed was beyond comfy!

I wish we could have changed to a late check out early that morning but no big deal!

bright! very easy to unpack in room. Very clean and great coffee machine. Valet was wonderful, very accommodating. well worth the price for the services for the valet.

TV set up was less then ideal. Tub is a bit dated. Housekeeping does not come every day. Lighting in room less than ideal. Functions on TV weren’t necessarily working such as check out, account management and in room dining. Dining in the hotel is closed Sunday and Monday for dinner for dinner

service was 100. any little issues were dealt with immediately. food service was 100. don’t know how you manage this amazing service with worker shortage due to COVID as everyone is but we were very happy with our stay.

the only suggestion is we assumed room service would automatically come every day. on our second day we told front desk it hadn’t come. they said we needed to request room service 24 hours in advance. they should really state that when you check in so you rooks be aware of that. most places we stay at it is automatic. that being said they did send someone up to empty our trash and bring fresh towels

The location, staff communication, friendly staff, complimentary coffee/tea, lemon water available in lobby, room size, nice soaking tub (King room with City view)

No coffee machine in the room, loads of scuff marks on doors and walls which I wouldn’t expect in a boutique, luxe hotel.

it’s a gorgeous building more of a boutique beautifully decorated and the best place to stay at in the most desirable location. Stores and restaurants all walking distance. if you want to visit the Liberty bell I would Uber only 10 min but you don’t want to stay in that area so this location was perfect

We really enjoyed the location and the fact that it was within walking distance of a lot of things we wanted to do. the room was really nice and clean, and they had everything we expected and more. We felt so rested and relaxed when we left and we were just wishing we spent the extra bit of money to upgrade, since our room was so nice! great stay and great staff!

We wished there were some options to get a drink, like a vending machine or something (considering that this is a very high end hotel, we didn’t know if we should even expect that). The only other thing was if we tried to order food from the hotel everything on the QR code menu kept saying “Not Available” so we couldn’t order and had to do Grub Hub instead or walk somewhere to get food.
