The size of the room was great - nice living and kitchen (full size refrigerator, table and sink) space with large desk and plenty of dresser and closet space. Breakfast had a nice variety and was well stocked. Pleasantly surprised that the baseball stadium was directly across the street as we attended two games. Downtown was within a 10-15 minute leisurely walk. We took an informative two-hour guided walking tour of downtown Pittsburgh, took a two-hour (non guided) bike ride along both shores of the Allegheny River and took a ride on the Duquesne Incline for a great view of “The Burgh” and the Three Rivers.

The Fitness Center would have been fine if was available. The first day we were there I reported a water leak from the ceiling (apparently it had been reported previously). They brought in some towels and a couple of buckets and the facility was not reopened during our three days stay (I never witnessed any work being done to alleviate the situation).

Waited for a hour in line for check in. That’s ridiculous… I understand that we can’t check in early because sometimes rooms aren’t ready but I requested and told the hotel months ago ( about 4 months prior) that we would be arriving early ( which was at 1:30 pm). I asked if they could call me when i was able to check in and they told me I would have to come back around 3:00 . You can’t tell me that my room wasn’t ready when I was there the first time. Because she right away turned me down .

The girl at the front desk was lovely, I wish I could remember her name but she made us laugh and feel comfortable upon arrival! I also LOVED having a full kitchen in the suite, and the shower/water pressure in general was great.

The breakfast bar could have had a few more options, bacon is a must! The waffle maker also intimidated me but that is my own fault, not the hotels haha! Housekeeping did try to enter before we checked out and we were asleep, but once again we could have prevented that by locking our door properly.

Literally across the street from PNC park. It's not the cleanest hotel but was good enough. Had a king room that had a kitchenette, table and couch. Would be good for an extended stay. We had enough room for a pack n play. The location is by far the best part.

Could have been cleaner and a more comfortable bed. The doors and bathroom needed updating and the bed wasn't very comfortable (wife said it was fine though).

This is our go-to spot in Pittsburgh due to its great location downtown, close to the center of town if you like walking, simple to go on / off the highway, and a very short walk to the Warhol museum (which we visited). The rooms are quite large and there is plenty of room for a family. The kitchen is great and very useful, sitting and watching TV on the couch is splendid after a long day of exploring. If your timing is right, the cost of this room is very reasonable (costs are highly variable depending on baseball / football / business events I've found). Breakfast is really good with a large eating space. I like the secure parking as well, which is included in the cost. Will definitely stay here again next time we're in town.

Almost perfect... it think the pool was closed for our trip, which we would have used if available... There were not sheets for the pull out bed in our room, but this was quickly fixed by the front desk. Really no issues.

The room was better than expected. All of the staff were stupendous! Everyone I came in contact with was very friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay here again.

The prices here were jacked up so high because of sports events. All over the area. But that’s not really a negative thing when all of them are doing it. Nothing negative about this particular place.

I loved that there was parking. I loved how close it was to the stadium where we went to a concert. The people were super friendly. It was a clean and nice hotel. A lot bigger than the last one we stayed at in Pittsburgh.

I wish there were bags in the garbage and something like a pen and paper in the room so if you needed to write something down that would be available.

Room over looking PNC Park - nice view to people watch. Room was excellent size for two people, definitely could have had a 3rd (child) and still be comfortable! Very clean hotel and friendly staff. The new updates with the "tap keys" is a great feature - definitely made getting into the parking lot much easier than our last stay with the old keys. Nice little market downstairs for snacks & drinks. Parking is tight, but definitely enough for those staying at the hotel with no worry about not having parking.

The shower curtain liner needs updated - it had mold growing . Happens to all showers, but something to definitely consider checking more frequently since the showers are tight and nobody wants to be brushing up on mold.

Breakfast was great. Would like to see it go until 10 during the week. We went to the games and didn't get up super early.

Power went out and we were never really updated on the situation. I got pretty warm in our room. We didn't want to bother the workers as they were dealing with other customers and on the phone. Probably would have been best to send an email out to the people in the hotel. Something to let them know what was going on. I am sure this isn't a regular thing and we would stay again.

The property is very conveniently located, the staff are nice, and the gym and pool are very clean. 

The property is a little dated and the rooms definitely needs a refresh. There were many spots where the carpet was ripping up on the floor, or was missing altogether. Also, the furniture is very dated and is all scratched up and dented.
