We had a lovely stay. The inn itself is charming, and there was some history in the guest book in our room. The hosts keep the place immaculate and are very accommodating. We stayed in the empire room and I thoroughly enjoyed sitting on our private balcony looking at the magnolia trees preparing to blossom. We had a comfortable bed with nice bedding. Eric was super friendly and sat with us all while we had our breakfast. He was able to tel us a bit of history of the area too. His wife and daughters were cordial and always smiling. Thank you for a lovely stay!

We would have appreciated some room darkening shades or curtains, as the room was bright come sunrise. That would have perfected our stay. There’s some traffic noise, since the inn is right on the street, but that’s of no fault of the owners and hosts. It’s certainly not enough to keep us from coming back!

The place was absolutely clean, the breakfast was different and made fresh everyday. It was smooth check in and check out. They were attentive to your needs. The room we were in had a balcony and every room is different. We recommend this Inn to everyone.

The only small thing was it was on a main road so u could hear the cars but everything else out weights this.

This was a very quaint and comfortable environment. The space was lovely, the room me and my wife had was the Empire room. So, nice. The sight and sounds of the country and so close to the city.

I would have loved a jacuzzi style tub to sit and relax in.

The breakfast was delicious and made with fresh ingredients. Visiting with other guests was very pleasant and engaging.

We visited the Apple Binn Inn during the summer. The room could have used another window air conditioner in the small living room to make it more comfortable.

Owners were very kind from the start, suggesting a better (and cheaper!) solution for our family than the one we booked. The cottage was very cute and super clean. The staff was very kind and we had very interesting conversation and tasty food over breakfast!

Everything seems to be of a smaller size than usual (not the cottage itself but appliances) but I found that to be true everywhere in the area. Overall a wonderful place to be!

Wow too much to list here. Extraordinary experience. Beautiful Inn immaculate kept. Pleasant and knowledgeable inn keepers. Great breakfast, my wife loved the coffee huge plus there.

Hard to find the first time around. The driveway is between two homes. Had to go around the block twice before I got in the driveway

the managers of the property were delightful and very helpful. My first experience with a B&B was amazing. The place was very comfortable and clean. breakfast was absolutely delicious. great place!

We were in town for a wedding that started at 1:00pm and the staff was very accommodating and allowed us to stay past normal check out time.

Breakfast was very good however, it was a lot of carbs! We do not have dietary restrictions but do try to eat more protein than provided during the morning/breakfast.

The staff was excellent and courteous and the house was impeccably clean. I'd stay again for those reasons.

Location on a busy/noisy street - not really walkable to any place. Fire pit advertised - not available by appearance. Staff excellent - breakfast nice (family style with other guests) - could have had more indulgence - ie. lancaster jellies and instead of toast - perhaps biscuits or croissants. Quiche was warm - not hot.
