The only problem I had was trying to work the AC. I mean it shouldn't take a brain scientist to figure out how to turn something up or down but I couldn't get it .The staff offered to send someone up but i Was already in my bed clothes and fortunately they were able to work it from downstairs. The black out shade had a small hole or two But nothing too serious. The bed was the most comfortable I've ever slept in and the room was very large and clean.The staff were wonderful. The location great. Next time I stay there I will just have them go over the thermostat with me before I get into my bed clothes. It was a great hotel.I would highly recommend it overall.

The staff was amazing! It was very relaxing. I loved that anything we could have needed or wanted was available. It was so quiet!!!! No noise from the hall, the road nor anyone in rooms near us and we were right at the elevator and we heard NOTHING. The pool is beautiful and so is the outside. The beds were so comfy. We did miss the hum of the air conditioners. We had forgot our fan at home and needed white noise but there was no noise at all. Haha

There are tiny things like the toilet seat was loose and so was the toilet paper holder. I'm positive if I called down to the front desk they would have sent someone up to fix it but I didn't feel like it was worth having someone come interrupt our stay. Also the pool was a bit cold for being an indoor heated pool.

Maria, the server at night was outstanding, very attentive and friendly. Valentina, the morning server was very friendly and also attentive. She greeted us with a smile every morning - even when she was very busy. Breakfast was prepared in a short amount of time and consistently high quality. Housekeeping staff was very nice and accommodating. Well stocked market area. Well lit parking area. Appreciate the Happy Hour and free coffee in the morning.

The lobby was too cold. We would have liked to sit inside but were forced outside due the temperature. This happened both day and night. No laundry service option. A laundry bag was provided but when I wanted to get a shirt dry cleaned, no service nor local recommendation to get something cleaned. Dim bar area lights in evening to set a less business/sterile mood.

We loved the beds and breakfast tasted great once we got it. It's a beautiful hotel. Very comfortable. Nice pool and gym too.

The shower sprays into the floor and the wall so that was a minor design flaw. Nothing a layer of towels on the floor and up the walls didn't solve. Breakfast was an issue. We waited 45 minutes for ours. It was given to the wrong table but we were told someone else's was made first. Then they didn't have what I ordered. As someone with a meat allergy I didn't have another option to choose from except french toast and that was a longer wait. The food was delicious once we finally received it. We skipped breakfast the next day.

clean, great staff, easy access, close to location I needed to go to. nice large tv screens. restaurant had really good food and loved the ordering or buffet for breakfast. nice indoor pool. laundry facilities great. push of a button blackout curtains in bedrooms. enough elevators to accommodate a busy place. clean bathrooms on main floor. Michael, at the front desk, was super attentive and great at his job.

The welcoming stay, when you first walk in they great you with a smile! The rooms were clean, the beds were comfy and it was a great end to our weekend long vacation. It was nice to stay somewhere that was so exceptional! Even got some free delicious cookies!

Close to the freeway so a little loud early in the morning but overall great stay!!

Hotel was clean and quiet even though it was next to the highway. We were on a visit to UT and location was great. Very short drive to campus and a lot cheaper.

Oddly enough, my families number one complaint was the bathroom door! It was a "barn style" door and there was almost a one inch gap between the door and wall when closed. If someone had to use the restroom we made it a rule that nobody could sit at the desk area. If you sit at the desk you can literally see the person sitting on the toilet. Very poor design flaw. Paid extra for the continental breakfast and was worse than the free ones you get at other hotels. No hot items at all.

Love the luxurious finishes of the property and room. Very nice and clean. Great value!

We had difficulty checking in with our card being approved. We were running out of time and was going to be late for our event. Desk clerk said card had to be approved upon checkin, not at checkout. However, the next morning at checkout the group in front of us checking out was just then paying for their room. They were splitting the costs. We were late to our event trying to get ours settled at checkin when we could have handled it the next morning also.

Breakfast was nice and had hot and cold options. There was a restaurant and bar onsite. It was conveniently located close to downtown and central. The staff was friendly and eager to help/ be of assistance.

The room was a little dated and could be refreshed. You had to request housekeeping service or your room wouldn't be cleaned. It said there was room service when booking, but that was not a service offered.

We loved the room it was exceptionally clean! Very quiet and comfortable. The pool was great.

!When my husband was trying to tell the waitress that we just wanted the continental breakfast she was very rude! She told him to sit down and she would be there in a minute. We thought the continental breakfast was free but got charged almost thirty dollars for basically nothing.Very disappointed about that!
