The breakfast selection was wonderful. Hot food from eggs, bacon, sausage,oatmeal, grits, waffles and pancakes. Cold foods from cereal, milk, yogurt, fresh fruits, and fruit bowls. Beverages from coffee, tea, orange juice

Only complaint is that there should be vegan and vegetarian options for breakfast as far as hot foods go like impossible /morning star farms/beyond brand sausage. Egg substitutes like Just egg brand or something for vegans since more people are eating vegan foods now. That would be wonderful if you could also include a vegan menu for guests which would allow the hotel to satisfy guests and keep money/profit flowing into the hotel being that vegan guests wouldnt have to get food elsewhere. Just a suggestion ;-)

Excellent staff period!!!!! I loved the location ( close to Beale Street) and I loved the way valet handled things! Billy was amazing, he acted as concierge, security and his hospitality was amazing. Valet typically are the first u meet , and the valet here definitely were a great start to an awesome birthday weekend here! Beverly, was knowledgeable, professional and patient! One of the best front desk experiences I have had … Beverley was truly a joy to work with—Tiffany was polite and made sure we enjoyed our stay , very attentive.. this Hilton had and awesome team- even the bar was lively, safe and some of the best drinks and music! Thank you all for an wonderful birthday weekend .

I loved the valet parking. The staff was very nice and accommodating. I also loved the extra sense of security as far as access to the elevators and rooms. No one can access anything without a key or authorization. I loved that. Clean facility. I will book again for NYE

The only minus was that I couldn't contact the front desk nor housekeeping from the desk phone in the room. it kept having a busy tone each and every time. if I had a question I had to call from my cell phone to reach someone. Also, although the rate was supposed to include free breakfast which I thought I paid for with the room price, I still had to pay for breakfast downstairs. Great breakfast selections though and it was good.

The location and the cleanliness

The breakfast was ok, a little pricey for what was offered. I liked the rooms and amenities but did not get new towels or water refills daily. Had to look for room service to get towels, coffee, water, etc. When I found them they were very nice and accommodating. Checking in was stressful as the adjoining rooms we booked were not available. Then we were told we reserved handicap rooms. In the end we did get two rooms on the same floor close by but the person at the front desk could have been a little more polite. Thought the valet was a little high but worth it in the end, as they were all very nice!

The common areas could have been cleaner, otherwise it was a very nice place.

I loved the breakfast, bed, bar and friendly staff. Jarvis at the front desk was exceptional in going above and beyond in reassuring that we would receive housekeeping after not being granted upon request. In addition he gave us breakfast coupons per inconvenience including being prompt with additional request needed. He definitely needs a raise or promotion or at least some type of recognition for sure. Jarvis, Billy and Kat and one of the managers (can’t remember her name) were THE only friendly staff members during our stay.

Had to ask for housekeeping after requesting prior to and once was received it was just being completed at 5pm, out of towels and had to request repeatedly before told that they were temporarily out. I would suggest availability of towels at any time of day, bathrooms could be bigger including walk in showers and housekeeping completed at a decent hour.

Staff were friendly and great and gave us some good pointers for things in the area. Breakfast was the only meal served because of Covid, quality mediocre. The restaurant at Hilton's Doubletree right next door was better, although they were out of some menu dishes much of the time we were there. Hotel location for our event at the Fed Ex forum, and for the Beale Street area in general, was excellent.

No real downers, but a couple of things in the room needed maintenance (loose toilet seat, slowly strobing foyer light). We reported them when we checked out so can't comment on promptness/completeness of repair.

It was a nice location and we were able to walk to a few places for food and some small shopping. We were in town for a wedding nearby so we didn't do too much right around the hotel. There is some good food nearby :) I would skip the breakfast at the hotel and walk a short ways to another place that had some really good food (near the Peabody).

I wasn't thrilled with the breakfast. The food was ok but not worth the $$ charged for it. The water pitcher stayed empty for at least an hour with only some ice in it- so no water unless you went back every 10 minutes for what little bit had melted. There also wasn't adequate seating for breakfast. I guess maybe the hotel was full?
