The location is great,the free parking and the Continental breakfast was awesome. Oh and my kids love the indoor pool!!

A lot of confusion at check in. Booking. com did not have my name correct on the reservation which cause the receptionist to act as if she couldn't find my reservation! I then gave the confirmation number they said it was wrong. So A little frustrating. but the manager came. and it worked out.

My reservation was messed up by Booking.com the rate I reserved was $199 per night and then at check in it was $299 plus tax and fees $355. I was on the phone with Booking.com and support was in Portugal . The person assisting was courteous but could not find the reason for the over charge , even after numerous screen shots of the reservation site. I had to pay the $355 and now have to submit the overcharge invoice for a refund of the difference which will be by check and not a credit to the credit card. I will never use booking.com again

The personnel is pretty terrible. You ask a simple question in a friendly tone, and you get a very sloppy or no answer. (That happened to us multiple times with two different ladies from the reception.) Also, the personnel complains in front of guests about their coworkers. Considering a relatively high price compared to other, similar hotels, the personnel came across extremely unprofessional. We were partially shocked about the behaviour.

Bright, spacious, modern and airy room. I wasn't expecting the standard to be so high actually so very pleasantly suprised. Offers value for money. Ammenities were excellent. Breakfast while limited was fine. Parking available. Centrally located, it's about a 10 minute walk to the Peabody Hotel, 15 mins to Beale Street.

The hotel localisation is great, close to the Beale Street and the Fedex Forum. You can visit these places by walking.

The breakfast is the weakness point. Other point that I did not understand was the main door closed early, we should to wait the receptionist opens the door for us twice.

I generally don't sleep well, and I got a better sleep in these beds than I have in years. Sagar at the front desk was lovely and helpful - we had some concerns about Memphis after an Uber driver in Nashville kept going on about how dangerous it was and tried to get us to cancel our trip, but Sagar took the time to talk it through with us and that was deeply appreciated. I appreciated being able to see my car through the room's window. Hotel was clean, complimentary breakfast was fine. Easy hop over to Graceland as well. Great value for money.

The rest of staff we encountered were not overly friendly, but its fine. Also, season those scrambled eggs, and perhaps cook them at a lower temperature so they are not so watery!

King bed larger room was fine and had a mini frig and microwave. Location was excellent. Easy walk both to Beale Street and Sun Studio. breakfast was adequate but redundant, exactly the same each day. Fruit and cheese would be a welcome addition. Staff was pleasant. Only complaint was the street noise all night long (and we were on third floor). Sirens blared all night long every night. Bring ear plugs and you will enjoy your stay!

I had no idea what to expect, but the person at the front desk was most delightful upon arrival; the room was also in excellent condition. The beds were comfortable, and the breakfast was perfect! But the best of it all was the location - excellent! And for the price - I really can not beat it! Thank you.

Nothing stands out except maybe....the woman at the front desk upon check out was vocally polite. Still, her nonverbal communication seemed angry, irritated, and unhappy, even as she said, "Thanks for staying...have a nice day."
