Residence Inn Memphis Downtown

I loved the location because you don’t have to move your vehicle until you leave. I reserved the loft studio and it was just like home. I loved everything about the room and the staff was above and beyond my expectations. Mr Washington was exceptional with meeting my needs for my stay. I can’t wait to return. The bonus is the roof top/terrace. The rooftop was a very good place to relax and unwind. This was my first time staying here. I will only stay here for every visit.

Able to accommodate us quickly and I dont know who the front desk clerk was when I first checked in but she was very nice and accommodating! She deserves a raise! She was great!

We found the trash from the previous people still in the condo and previous dirty dishes but they were in the dish washer so maybe they don't run till they have more?

This is a must stay downtown location. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The hotel's level of service is beyond excellence. The breakfast is very good. The rooms are large and have lots of facilities. The roof top has great views and is a good place to relax. There is a Starbucks within the hotel.

Close proximity to FedEx Forum, dining and public transit. Staff was very nice and helpful. Valet service. Clean hotel, comfy beds. Breakfast. Rooftop view was beautiful.

Rooms could use an upgrade. A/c was very loud when it turned on.

The staff was exceptional. We arrived early but the front desk checked us in anyway. Everyone was friendly and approachable. The rooms were clean, nicely laid out.

The only downside was the body wash bottle fell.

Breakfast needs a wider selection of ready-to-eat foods, and less "prepare it yourself" meals. The elevator can be quite slow sometimes.

Staff were extremely accommodating and friendly. Breakfast buffet was great, in addition to the usual eggs there were various cereals and yogurt.

A night light in the bathroom would have been very nice as then you would not have to turn on the very bright lights and very loud fan at night

My boyfriend and I stayed here for one night and were truly astounded by the hospitality of the staff. They are the true meaning of good people. Lafayette is the best man and you must say hey to him for me if you’re in town!! The rooms are So spacious. It is literally in the heart of town and a short walk to any and everything. Best first time experience in Memphis.

I was very disappointed with the breakfast. I understand we live in pandemic. But still breakfast choices were limited. Fruit salad was just pieces of pineapples. Where were strawberries, blueberries, etc? No desert? One would expect more sophistication and elegance from the hotel of this high quality.
