From the moment we walked in until check out time everything was nice. Everything was extra clean and the rooms were spacious and quiet. The rooms come with full size refrigerators that make their own ice so no need for buckets. The staff was super friendly and very helpful. The location was great. It was very close to my favorite donut spot as well as a ton of shopping centers and restaurants. We did not hear any traffic outside or voices or any kind of noice inside. It was a very peaceful place to stay.

There was nothing I can think of that was off putting.

It was very clean. There was coffee and tea available at all times. If you wanted a snack or small meal, you could purchase one. The staff was always accommodating and friendly. The walls are well insulated so neighbor noise is limited.

A nice garden-type area to sit outside would be nice. It’s somewhat too LA”ish” Cement and cars and smokers outside.

I love the full-sized refrigerator. I stay here every year because of that. I bring my own food when I go on vacation, so I'm always looking for "suites" instead of just a hotel room. This one is very reasonably priced for a suite.

The only problem I've ever had at this place is that it's hard to reach the toilet paper when you are on the toilet. I can't see where else they could put it, but it's hard to reach where it is.

The room was clean, the bed and linens were super comfortable, and the AC worked great.

The ice maker in the fridge did not work, even after being turned on and there were no dishes, cups, utensils or pans at all in the kitchen. Also the curbs are unusually tall and scraped the bottom of my car causing damage. It might help to paint them to make them stand out so that other motorists don't have the same problem.

The property was very clean and rooms were comfortable. The hotel staff that checked us in was absolutely amazing. I can’t remember his name but I think it was Christian. He’s an African American gentlemen. There was also a Hispanic lady that helped us during checkout. She was so sweet, as well. Give these two a raise!!! They made our stay very enjoyable!

We were put in a room adjacent to the elevator, but we actually didn’t even hear the elevator at all. So technically it wasn’t a bad experience.

very friendly customer service experience. Booked this hotel short notice because of a relative that was having open heart surgery in Lubbock. He ended up being released from the hospital before the end of our reservation and the hotel manager was kind enough to refund us the remaining balance. We appreciate the generosity during this time. Thank you.

I liked the kitchen facilities and recliner in the room. I liked that the manager Liz was able to give us a first floor room. Liz helped answer a lot of questions for me and was very friendly. I highly recommend a stay at this hotel. She provided us with disposal bowls and spoons for our breakfast. Breakfast was not included in our stay.

The room had a musty smell and Liz the manager gave us a spray to use in the room. It helped prevent the smell.

They are a new facility. Everything was clean. Not fancy, but allowed pets and had plenty of green space. Gilbert at the front desk was very professional and friendly, as were all employees I encountered. Facility was quiet and conveniently located.

Although there is a kitchenette, there were no dishes. They had to be purchased from the store. I’ve not run into that before, but fortunately, I didn’t need them.

I travel a lot, and I've stayed here multiple times- everything is always great. Clean, comfortable, and great customer service by all staff. The pictures listed are a true presentation. I will absolutely stay here again.

Liked everything. Wish there were dishes/pans/utensils, but still really like this place and have ZERO negative comments.

.Loved the refrigerator, Oven, stove. The beds were great!!! The price was great. Electrical plugs every good place. We will stay there again next time we come to Lubbock.

We ask for a handicap room, the photo showed a walk-in shower. Our room had a tub. It did have lots of rails and handle bars. I have a tub at home. I didnt want to have to step over the tub. So i skipped a shower. We will be back. We loved the room.
