Staff is very friendly especially the male night associate I apologize I forgot his name. He is African American he was just so friendly and making sure we were good and always checking to make sure if we needed anything. He definitely is the reason why we came back again for the second time in the past month. Blessings to him and I pray you guys bless him with a raise cause he really does deserve one!

The only complaint is that in the shower it needs rubber mats so you won't slip. I almost slipped every time I took a shower.

Breakfast was great. Everything was fresh and the lady working kept refilling the trays with more freshly made hot food. She also kept the dinning area super clean. Very pleased with our experience.

We really enjoyed our stay and had no issues whatsoever. Both my daughter and son loved the swimming pool and hot tub. Very nice clean hotel. David was awesome, he made sure we got everything we needed in our room also.

The staff was very helpful. Clean facilities. breakfast was good. Good prices. Tucker and David were exceptional.

Lack of face cloths. Handicap shower didn't contain the overflow. Everything was soaked. There was a very nasty smell coming from the faucet. The lights and blinds had to be turned on to open and the fixtures to charge. Hot tub never worked there whole week Luggage carts sucked. Too small and too few.

The breakfast was great, the front desk staff was great, the pool was getting in worthy, but could have used some attention. It was a bit cloudy, and lots of bugs (but bugs are bad everywhere right now in Texas), the area was very clean and tidy and there were plenty of towels (but we took our own)

The pillows were not comfortable at all, but the bed was great!

I loved everything about this hotel, from the fast and easy washing machines, to the delicious breakfast with a variety of possibilities to choose from. The room was very clean, beds comfortable and staff friendly. It was quiet and peaceful. If I ever return to San Angelo, this is where I will stay. Thank you AmericInn for making our stay in San Angelo even more enjoyable.

our rooms were not ready my daughter was graduating reserved her room in December her room was given to someone else by mistake she winded up waiting two hours only for them to give her a smaller discounted room. my room was not ready either had to wait 1 hour for room other than that the stay was good

The hotel was clean and in a good location.

The room was small. Also we couldn’t get a king room that had a bathtub. We prefer a room with a bathtub instead of a shower. We had to get a double queen room to get the bathtub. We would have preferred a king room with a bathtub.

Clean. Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was wonderful. Had issue with original room wifi, so David found us another room.

Rm 124 needs wifi fixed. Pool and hot tub need separate pumps. Pool needed to be cleaned after a couple storms blew through.

Breakfast was good- lots of options to choose from (sausage, omelets, waffles, yogurt, bagels, toast, cereal). Room was comfortable- plenty of pillows and towels to use.

The elevator was dirty- someone has spilled Cheezits and it wasn’t cleaned up.

It was really clean , good service , and really quit. Great for trip stays.

Nothing I didn’t really like. one suggestion is to put another layer of curtain in the rooms. They are kind of see-through.
