I know exactly what to expect when staying at a hotel such as this one, so I don't go in expecting a Wyndham resort. My best friend refuses to stay at hotels where the door opens to the outside world and only stays at a place with indoor rooms, so just know your expectations. With that being said, this is a very clean hotel, very clean room, huge king size bed and plenty of space inside the room. There is a Texas Roadhouse next door with a bar for drinks if that is your preference. The pool area was still closed for Winter and very small, but I still would have used it if the weather/season was right. But just know it is a tiny area unlike other hotels of this caliber where it is usually a larger pool and area to sit lounge. I took 1 star off for tiny pool and took 1 star off of the 10 because of the shower. I had to figure out the exact spot where the handle would find hot water which took me a few minutes of cold showering and the shower spray needs to be replaced, but once I found the hot water it was very nice long hot shower. The bed and pillows were very comfortable and there was enough space in the room for a small table with chairs plus a desk area = very roomy and nice. If you're looking for fancy, look somewhere else, if you're looking for decent accommodations, stay here.

Shower hot water handle took a few minutes to find the hot water spot. It may just be me, but hot water was all the way down and I was trying to find it all the way up, then middle, etc. I thought I was going to take a cold shower until I thought maybe it is down???

The staff were very friendly in any interactions I had with them. Check-in and checkout were efficient and fast. There are restaurants within walking distance which was very convenient. The continental breakfast was ready when I went down to eat. There was plenty of food for everyone. I found the area where the hotel is located to be a nice quiet area. I traveled here from Amarillo and it was a quick drive from the outskirts of San Angelo to the hotel. Some reviewers rated this hotel poorly, but I didn't find that to be the case based on my experience. I would stay here again.

This hotel is an older facility that is showing its age. The towels and facecloths had been well used and should be replaced when cash allows.

Honestly, I was little worried because it was so cheap but it was actually amazing! It might not be fancy but it is clean and safe! Everyone was very nice and efficient with their help. The room was comfortable and clean. They provide soap and everything. The room was also pretty big which I did not expect. And you get to park right in front of your room. Doesn't hurt being next to Texas Roadhouse and a convenience store either.

The fridge was so cold that everything was freezing. Since I couldn't find how to adjust the temp, the front desk sent the maint who said that since it was older, it did not have an adjustable thermostat. I accepted that and he left. But 5 minutes later, he came back with a newer, bigger, & better fridge. Wow! Very nice. He went "above and beyond the call of duty". But then, everyone has been friendly & helpful; the rooms are clean; and, most importantly, I feel safe. Thank you. 👍🙂

everything it’s quiet all staff members r wonderful and patient the house keepers r just quiet with carts and don’t burst in the front desk they r just patient and wonderful great place to feel cozy and welcomed

that every now n then they require a deposit n some of us can’t afford that I understand for those that r using the rooms for other reasons but not all families r able to afford because of others mistakes but other than that I love everything about it

we picked Days Inn because of the location and that it has a pool. Location was indeed good but although the weather was perfect for swimming, the pool was not yet ready for use. obviously had gotten no attention since last summer. false advertising!

We loved the 10% discount that was offered for iHop and Texas Roadhouse. The front desk lady was very nice and personable. The room was nice and comfortable and the breakfast was good for what you're paying for. The grounds were very nice and clean as well.

We wish we would have known about the $75 deposit that is required to even get into the room. There is a sign at the front desk that says no matter how you book the room the deposit is required which is understandable just unfortunate that they don't put it in the confirmation email. Also they say they are pet friendly but do not put anywhere that it is $15 a day plus tax. Also do not try to sneak a pet in or you will be charged a non-refundable fee of $150. Also in the room the mini fridge kept freezing and de-thawing but it wasn't anything too over the top.

Breakfast was fine, but with limited "hot" choices. The room was clean and well-lit. Beds were very comfortable. The refrigerator, microwave, and TV were all very useful.

Room was clean, the only exception being some obvious mold on the inside of the white shower curtain in the bathroom. This caused me to give a low "cleanliness" score.

Great location easy on and off and close to my daughters house for her surgery. Staff were friendly and great and even were able to accommodate a room change last minute at our request. The room was clean and well stocked.

It was clean and very comfortable....had a great stay....my grandson and I slept like babies..we didn't want to leave....the shower was great with plenty of hot water...would definitely stay again..and a very good rate....

There is not one bad thing I can say about it....
