Feels like home everyone is so friendly as so as you get there you don't want to leave very nice and comfortable always go to residents inn in San Angelo when visiting San Angelo I tell everyone I know!!!!!!

Make sure they have enough toilet paper and bath towels in hand that way you don't have to bother at the front desk they have enough dealing with walk ins costumes other than that all good very nice .

The front desk lady I think her name was Valerie stayed 8/1/21 she was absolutely an A+++++ she made sure everything was great her happy go lucky attitude and customer service was so perfect, all while doing mopping and laundry plus handling other check ins/outs I can't speak highly enough about her I hope I got her name correct but thank you!!! I was told at check out I'd get a 25 credit/discount but I still hadn't seen that 🤔

The only thing I did like about the stay was the bed, I've never slept in a more uncomfortable bed in my life. Was sinking in towards the center had to keep pulling myself up towards the top left corner of the bed all night, I got maybe 3 hrs of sleep the whole night. Was super disappointed, in that are almost wanted to move my baby from the sofa but I'm a mom so I didn't. 😰😰 besides the unevenness off the mattress, it was extremely hard, ive slept of twin mattress, w/out box springs placed directly on metal way more comfortable than this particular bed. The sheets continued to pop off from side to side also thinking they might of been the wrong size stretched to go on the king-sized bed.

The breakfast was quite limited but tasty. The gal, Jasmine I believe, that was working the desk the night we checked in was wonderful! Her attention to detail and willingness to help with a great attitude, even though the hotel was fully booked and they were short staffed, was refreshing!

The kitchen was not really clean. The counter was not wiped very well and the shelves on the wall had a layer of dust and crumbs that had obviously been there quite awhile.

the room was nice, the staff was excellent. I loved the entire stay. and breakfast was delicious.

I guess if I really had to pick something, our room wouldn’t go above 63 as far as temp, no matter what we did. next time we’ll just ask for extra blankets, so that’s not a problem.

We were at the property and met the builder before it was open. There is a basketball court outside, and my son who is now an adult said we have to book this hotel. It gets a 10 because everything from the basketball court to sleeping to breakfast was outstanding!

Room was like a mini apartment very nice and clean. Also shout out to the breakfast crew it was really good. Heather was very nice and funny. Heather and I believe that y’all should invest in a Starbucks in the hotel for all those coffee drinkers.. Stay sweet Heather .

Very cozy. This will be a regular stop for us as we travel through the area a few times per year. Staff is always helpful.

Very disappointing - no real breakfast options available. At this rate one would expect a proper breakfast to be included. Very disappointing indeed!

Hotel should provide a proper breakfast, not just a few take away items. No service available very limited food options.
