The front staff was amazing. This is always our go to place when we stay in San Angelo. We just love the hotel, it always feels like home away from home.

There wasnt much negative things to say! This place is always great.

The property was very clean and nicely decorated. Kimberly at the front desk was very nice. We enjoyed the pool which was perfect in temperature and privacy and the breakfast which was a perfect variety.

The water lines into the fridge and coffee makers weren’t working so there were no drinks at breakfast…

The room is so pretty and arranged with detail to function. We had some friends meet us on outdoor patio the night of our stay and having the bar open to purchase drinks was great! The location to so many restaurants and shopping is ideal. Despite all the construction near-by, very quiet. Staff very knowledgeable and professional. Had a great chat with staff member the morning we were leaving that she was moving to Portland and leaving the hotel. You are losing a good and friendly employee. Sorry do not remember her name.

Everything. The staff was friendly and welcome throughout all the hotel. The hotel in general is well kept and super nice. Everyone was very accommodating and the location was perfect for where I needed to be.

The cleanliness of the hotel and room was very good. Kudos to the cleaning staff.

In the first room we stayed at, the bed was not made. Apparently we needed to specifically ask for bed & linen service. We were moved to a 2nd room. For our second night, the room had a clogged sink.

The location was ideal, the property was overall well maintained and clean.

I booked with the understanding that there was a pool, but arrived and told it was under construction, disappointed as I was with all my kids who planned to swim.

We loved everything about this stay! Location was perfect; staff was friendly and helpful; rooms were comfortable, clean and very well laid out. I especially loved the bathroom layout! As a former airline employee who has stayed in hundreds of hotels across the country, I would rate this as an excellent option! I would absolutely stay here again while in SJT and recommend it to others!

It was a nice stay over all with good space, my only down side was no bedding for the couch bed and no bags for the trash or dirty clothes but I could have easily gone to front desk for these things they were very kind.

Everything was superb, from the cleanliness to the comfort. No complaints whatsoever.

Not much I could say about not liking the place. I can’t remember if breakfast was included or not, so wouldn’t be able to comment on how that was.

Was good for a fast service buffet.

No housekeeping during our stay, bed wasn't made, or coffee restocked etc.
