Perfect place to stay near shopping and good restaurants. We ate at the Grill across the highway (Happy Hour 4-6) and it was great. There's a big HEB nearby in case you want to cook in the room. Full Kitchen was well equipped. Beds were comfy. Bathroom was small but nice. My wife is a little pickier than me and she thought that the floor hadn't been vacuumed or at least not well.

Less than clean carpet in room.

The staff was very helpful and friendly. Its was clean. The breakfast was not just a bunch of processed food it was actual breakfast food someone cooked, delicious. The room had a kitchenette, TV had a great selection of channels.

The beds were kind of hard. One bed was really uncomfortable, the other was tolerable. Pillows were nice but the mattresses felt like they had seen better days. There were some soft comfortable towels and some old stiff towels ( clean just old and scratchy)

* Staff gladly gave me a fresh set of shampoo, conditioner and body wash upon my request at the front desk. * Lobby has a water cooler which was greatly appreciated during my visit when the outside temperature exceeded 100 degrees Fahrenheit. * Room had a refrigerator, freezer, stove top and microwave furnished. * Room had a pen and pad furnished.

* The window shades could not be completely closed * I could hear occasional rumbling from the room/floor above me.

All the Staff were Excellent. Cleaning Lady & the Guy who prepared Breakfast were Very Nice, great to chat with. May, at the night desk, was Amazing - the Best Personality you ever saw - Awesome Customer Service, the Best we have ever came across while traveling. She really cared about Everything and made you feel really appreciated. The rest of the Staff were also the Kindest, most Helpful Staff around. This Hotel ROCKS. Surprise in the room was a full size fridge, stove, sink and all the goodies that go with that.

Shower was a little weak with water pressure, but still got you clean. Would be nice to have a full length mirror in the room. (both minor - this Hotel was Really Good)

Room was excellent, AC was cold and NOT LOUD. My room had a small kitchenette, I had no need for it but was nice. Room was plenty big, not cramped. Despite being almost full(lots of people) the room was very quite.

Everything was great except 1 thing. The shower must have been something because almost no water had to stand completely up under the shower head to get enough water. About a fourth as much water as there should have been, it was good and hot just not enough of it. The bed was a little too hard for me but I like a soft, sink down in it, bed. Other folks probably be ok.

Internet was open. Needs to be locked to prevent sharing personal data especially for those who have to do work

Good location. Plenty of parking. Friendly staff. Comfortable rooms with full refrigerator and kitchen wares. Very nice workout area.

Breakfast could use some improvement. Small TVs with quite a few channels that would not connect.

This was the 2nd time I stayed here. 1st time bed was ok shower sucked had to stand at the very end of tub to get under the shower. Very little pressure and not a lot of volume. This time asked for different room and why. Same thing shower sucked and the bed. Hard as the floor. Same as laying on kitchen table cover up with a sheet. I hate that didn't sleep very welll. Last time I'll stay here. If you like a hard flat bed ask for 213.

Breakfast was very good and hot! Bed was wonderful, slept great. Room was very clean. Staff-Andrew was very helpful.

Do not care for the parking.

QUIET. Outstanding staff all shifts. Full size fridge plus cooking capabilities. Close to HEB and WM, close to state park. Easy to find.

Heavy doors to rooms which meant vibration every in room every time one is closed.
