All the maids were nice .I was not happy hearing the guy yelling at the maid so loud!! He was so rude. I wanted to work here. But after all that no thanks . He needs to be fired for sure.

The guy yelling at the maid . Really loud he was so rude to her. He sure needs to be fired. I could not belive he gets by with that. I do know he yells at all the people that work here. He needs to go on some where else. I'm now trying to find the owners so I can get this ALL to stop its abuse.

Breakfast was really good - especially the waffles, we had clean rooms and enough towels to satisfy our needs. The desk attendant was very professional and took exceptional care of us. We had an issue with the air conditioning and television in one of our room and it was diagnosed and corrected within minutes of being reported - that is superb service. Also, loved the hot water!

The air conditioning got "warm" during the night and then got to the cold we enjoy. This is a small issue, but my kids are "big boys" and like their cold air. Also, there was not toaster or a carousel plate in the breakfast area.

Friendly staff, location, size of room, and comfortable king-size bed. Staff never made me feel bad for locking my key card in the room which I did multiple times.

The staff was amazing. The manager went above and beyond. The women who does breakfast during the week works her butt off. Loved that there was a pool and a BBQ area to use.

The room had a few problems but they did there best to fix them

The location was good. We came for the stock show as we were showing our goat. The room was clean, big.

The building needs to be renovation bad. The stairwells were shaky and the doors barely shut. The main lock didn't lock

Peace n quite no interruptions ... Manager was very professional and understood our dilemma .. I will stay again .

Breakfast ...not many. Choices , what was there was served on the pans they were cooked on

They did not have my booking reservation. It’s a good thing I kept the conformation email with the price. The lady looked for like 15 minutes trying to find the reservation but no luck. She finally agreed to the price in the email. The room was good AC cold water hot the bed was a little hard for me but I like a softer bed so probably would be good for other folks. Parking lot was dirty, trash, but the room was very clean.

Advertised as breakfast included, if you like hard boiled eggs and sweet rolls yes it was good. Even I can’t take the smell of cold hard boiled eggs at 7 in the morning. Coffee was. Good

Location was close to our destination.

The lock on my daughters room was not working properly. The door would come open unless you slammed the door and pushed on it really hard. Hair was found in the bathtub. The pool wasn’t available for use. The outside of the hotel was run down and sketchy looking. Didn’t have anything available for breakfast except waffles or an apple.

Beds were very comfortable, water pressure was strong, very clean rooms, perfect location and quiet.

Breakfast could have been better. Waffle makers need cleaning and better spray so waffle doesn't come out in pieces. Waffle and egg counter was extremely dirty and messy. Coffee was excellent

Our room was beautiful and the value unbeatable. We appreciate the fact that it is pet friendly. The members of the staff that we met were knowledgeable and friendly. We come to San Angelo frequently to visit and will stay again

The exterior could use a bit of sprucing up in places. Overall, though I have no complaints.
