Best Western North Bryant Inn

The bed was actually quite comfortable. The pillows were nice - not those fluffy looking pillows that aren't really pillows... You know, the ones that look comfy, but are just fluff and your head falls right thru to the mattress. And, there were plenty of them! There was good water pressure - even on the third floor. We were even greeted out front by the sweetest, friendliest little cat.

Breakfast didn't start early enough. We wanted to hit the road before 7, so we missed out on the included hot breakfast. I'm not sure what all it consisted of, but it would've been nice to at least see what our choices would've been. Like most hotels, the shower was a little crowded with the sloped bath tub sides and all the worthless "shelves" that sloped just enough that things fell off.

The room was extremely clean and very cool (good thing) when we arrived. The beds were comfortable. There were plenty of plugs in the room to accommodate all the charging we had to do with phones. The air conditioner and heat both worked wonderfully due to quick weather changes it was able to cool and heat our room pretty fast.

The floor tile in the restroom was missing caulk in places causing a few of tiles to click when you walked on them. We didn't particularly like the sink being separate from the restroom. Could hear people walking above our room but overall, the room was fairly quiet.

The breakfast was good. I can not complain. The lady that did the breakfast was always available with a smile on her face and very peppy! Everyone here during my stay from the front door to the back door was excellent. Made eye contact and asked me how I was doing and responded when I asked them how they were doing. Very quiet and clean. I will definitely be staying here again. Than you for the great service that you have provided!!!

Atmosphere and staff was very friendly. Very clean room and comfortable beds.

I did not like the fact that a staff member called me after I checked out and asked if I took their hair dryer. I was very appalled by that. I did not see/notice any hair dryer in the room. And even if there was one, my family and I does not use a hairdryer . I have been staying at different hotels including BESTWESTERN for over 5 years and have never used a hair dryer and further more I have never been asked about taking anything from them. Why would I take a hair dryer when I don't use one in the first place and second I can afford one if there is a need for it. It is just upsetting. I don't want my name tarnish due to missing item.

Breakfast excellent--Attendant outstanding-Desk Staff Excellent-extremely helpful-very responsive to a plumbing problem in first room--immediately moved us to equivalent room. All in all, we interacted with at least four or five different desk personnel...all top of the line. No matter who we met among staff were Polite, neat, didn't "fawn over customers", Food service area absolutely outstanding, cleanliness, attention to every detail of the area and, excellent selection, carefully re-supplied constantly. Seating and tables spotless (AND, comfortable). "Safe spacing", due to COVID hazards, was adequate or slightly above.

Minor details missed by cleaning staff, despite overall excellent care., e.g. toilet roll holder spotted, back of bathroom door needed cleaning attention. Many corners had had no attention in some time. I grant you, our first room, despite the plumbing failure, was well prepared to be occupied. The "backup room" was slightly less. There was no "Lounge chair" available in either room, and my wife needs one to properly rest her back, especially after the 100 mile drive from our home to the motel (Inn?). (We took a double queen room.) (Frequently, she has to get up at night and switch her environment to remain rested.)

ALL staff was wonderful. Place is very clean! Easy access to everywhere (just not a ton of stuff around) we stayed a week and I’d stay again.

I only wish your sheets were softer. Theyre a bit hard and crunchy. I do wish there was some kind of umbrellas by the pool. Hard to enjoy it out there in 100+ heat and nowhere to grab shade

The breakfast was great. The breakfast attendant "Elaini?" was extremely helpful and conscientious. The room was clean and well stocked. Sheets and blankets were cozy and clean.

The bed was worn, to the point it dipped in the middle. Mattress was very soft, and even though I prefer a soft mattress, I felt like I was swimming in it. My room was on the end by the door, and it was noisy all night with people going in and out. My fault, really, because I needed access without stairs, so I was assigned a very accessible room.

Everything was exceptionally great with our stay. The room was clean, spacious and we had all the amenities that I required and needed. The breakfast was exceptionally also, we had a full meal service and the food was what I really liked. The lady in charge of the lunch room was great, provide everything needed and she had the lunch room exceptionally clean.

I like everything, nothing was bad. The food, room and service was exceptional. I would stay there again if needed and I would recommend this hotel any day.

The receptionist was very helpful in answering my question about the rewards program. Gave me printed details.

I was next to mechanical room and someone open & close door all night! Light sleeper so I heard it everytime. Will make sure I do not book a room next to one again. Previous stay in Arkansas, we were booked in a room next to fitness room. Also loud!

I liked how the sink/vanity was outside of the toilet/shower.

Breakfast wasn’t available until 7am both days. We were there for a convention and had to be there before then. I also noticed people trying to eat before leaving for work. It really should start no later than 6am.
