Really comfortable beds.

There were 4 vehicles taking 2 parking spaces a piece. Multiple vehicles with trailers taking 4-6 parking spaces a piece. When I arrived I asked the desk attendee where I could park. She said parking is so bad she parked in the handicapped parking. I told her I am handicapped and have the plates. She told me to park next hotel over. I asked if there was a shuttle to pick me up and she said no. I reminded her I was disabled. She never once suggested on moving her car for me.

I was just here last weekend and wasn't to happy, but I've used them in the past. So, I gave it another shot. Big improvement. Last time smell of mildew was strong, but not now. Very clean. Staff was amazing, shout out to Mary, she took care of us during a family emergency (reason for trip), room was comfortable, clean and breakfast was good. Thank you for your patience with us Mary, give that lady a raise!

This was the most affordable option in the area to travel with a pet, other places I called had very high pet fees and breed restrictions, so I was really happy to find this hotel that only charged $30 for pets and said that my pitbull was welcome there. The room was comfortable and the location was perfect for what I needed, I'd definitely stay here again.

The bathroom was a little dated and there were limited options at breakfast, but I am a vegetarian so I know that most people would be happy with the selection.

Room appeared to be clean. The bed was was in decent shape and I slept OK. Plenty of channel choices on the TV for your viewing pleasure. I was on the 3rd floor across from the elevator and I wasn't bothered by outside noise. There was vending machine and ice machine close by. Coffee machine dispenses good hot coffee. Its easily accessible from the main road.

I can't describe the smell, but when stepping off the elevator on the 3rd floor there was a slight foul smell in the hallway. It wasn't a deal breaker and wasn't noticeable inside the room. IDK, maybe the carpet had been wet or something. Only other thing was when I grabbed a wash cloth as I was getting in the shower it appeared to be dirty. All other towels, hand towels, and wash cloths were clean.

Hotel was clean and conveniently located. Staff was professional and friendly.

Our room (blue wall) had no coffee maker. But we always take our single cup coffeemaker with us so not too much of an issue. Also no hair dryer (my fault for assuming) provided in room. These were just minor inconveniences - not deal breaker.

Good location, and there was no carpet in the room. Yay! Air conditioner worked great and beds and pillows were comfy! We were there on business for 2 nights and really liked this hotel. Also, I don't think you can find a better hotel for the price. We will definitely stay again!

Everything was really nice, no complaints. We did not try the breakfast, so cannot say either way on that.

Clean room with 3ft fridge and small microwave. AC and shower worked well. Clean, comfortable bed. Friendly staff. That's all I can think to say.

Sure wish coffee had been ready when breakfast started. For some of us, coffee is the most important meal of the day. To staff credit, they were working to defrost coffee and got the machine working after 15-20 minutes.

the staff was very friendly and our room smelled very clean when we walked in. also our toilet was broken and we let the lady at the counter know. it was late evening when we checked in and they were very quick to send maintenance the next morning.

they charge me a $200 deposit bc I was local and it has been two weeks now and I am still waiting for my deposit back. Never had this kind of problems before and I really don’t understand why have the policy in the first place. So will not be staying there ever again

Hard to beat the price of Microtel. A quite-small room (efficiency studio), but they do a great job of giving guests places to put their "Stuff" in a a small space. Room for luggage, places for phones/water bottles on both sides of the bed, lots of places to plug in phones, computer, electric kettle. Plus a microwave and refrigerator! Housekeeping staff is awesome!

Small room = Small bathroom. There is no lid on the toilet, and it is hard to find a place to store clean clothes while you shower.
