I really liked the location. The staff was nice.

My son noticed that one of the exterior doors where staff went to sit and smoke was not locked. you could enter and exit without use of a key. I felt this was not acceptable at all. when we looked closer the lock was broken and therefore it was not even able to be locked. There was a place to use hotel key but it did not work as if it had been deactivated. This was alarming and did not make my children or I feel very safe. I wanted to ask for a refund but figured it wouldn’t get me very far. This should be addressed immediately.

I am thankful you allowed my pet but there was no place to walk my dog. Hotel was surrounded by rocks and dirt. Obvious you didn’t want to pay anyone to perform any maintenance outside especially because of the EXCESSIVE amount of trash surrounding your building. I assume back parking (dirt) lot is for large trucks - if your property than TOO trashy. If I had seen the trash along the outside of the front parking lot before I made a reservation, I would have never stayed there (and will not return on my next trip). Yeah, yeah I bet you are saying “not our property” but a little pride and concern for environment would be nice.

I liked everything.

The smell of  marijuana in the hallways. I know it’s not your hotels fault. But the staff can remind these people not to do this, or your company can change them triple for doing such things. Hopefully it makes them not want to come back. it makes families not want to stay there because of that.

Rooms were very clean and very spacious, we got there late at night and they let us checkout anhour late the staff was very friendly and respectful, the breakfast was very good

Just as a note to the cleaning lady there was a clear cup in our fridge when we got there but not a big deal.

The room was very clean and we loved the breakfast they have lots to choose from.

We don’t have any complaints maybe if your looking to get in the hot tub it didn’t work but its too hot in the summer to get in a hot tub anyway

This is my 3rd stay I love how quiet it is! The quick access to the loop. The breakfast is always delish! Best hotel breakfast I've ever had!! The staff is also very friendly! I also love that there is a ceiling fan in the room! I love to be cold when I sleep and that room was the artic!!

Check in was easy and they even let us in half an hour early which helped with us needing to be at an event. All staff was friendly when we saw them. Property was clean. Room was clean.

Parking spaces limited. Breakfast was not that great. Went out to breakfast the 2nd day as the small space didn't have any tables available. Food was only okay for breakfast. No hair dryer in room. Had to go out a buy a hair dryer.

Don't know why there's a sad face when this was 10 all the way----Everything was amazing I needed a place to stay over the weekend to see my daughter off at ASU. I went online booked a room with 2 queen beds for my wife and kids and when I go there I was upgraded to a room with 2 queen beds and a sectional that pulls out to a full size bed. Wifey was extremely pleased😀. My son was excited he had his own bed to himself didn't have to share with his little sister. Location was not even 1 mile from ASU and the breakfast 🍳🧇🥓 🥞🧃🍪🍌🍍🥭🍊🥐🍞🥖🥯🥚🧀🥩 best I have had to date. I even had 3rds lol. This .This me even sign up for a credit card

the friendliest staff you van wish for and very comfy rooms.

bathroom needs a vent, the moisture gets trapped in there and everything ends of being wet and the floor slippery

The breakfast was very good and well stocked. Our bed was the most comfortable bed we've every had this far.

They raise the prices (almost double if not higher) during the Stock Show, which is what we were in San Angelo for. All hotels do this but it sure makes it hard for a family on a tight budget.
