We stayed overnight before an early flight. Front desk staff was very helpful with the long term parking. Due to weather, we extended our trip by 2 days but that wasn't a problem even though we hadn't reserved the extra days in advance. When we returned, they kindly offered us water and a place to sit and wait for traffic to improve. Shuttle was right on time to and from the airport. The parking was super convenient and less than parking at the airport lot.

I wish there was breakfast offered earlier in the morning since we had an early flight.

Quiet spacious room, comfortable beds. Airport shuttle was waiting when we arrived. at IAD. It is convenient, and runs every 30 min. Glad to get some hot soup in the restaurant O'Malley when we checked in at 10 pm. Breakfast was amazingly good and healthy, although they now charge $14/each. Greek yogurt, and fresh blue and black berries, strawberries, banana, oranges.

The TV had no signal unfortunately. Upon calling the desk, they replied it was due to a snowstorm.

We loved being able to park our car on their lot (through SpotHero) while we were away. We also loved that the shuttle service was available (now 24 hours). We had an early morning flight and wanted to be near the airport.

While the hotel was nice, their one restaurant was in the process of a major overhaul and the sun room that was open was very hot, which made the dining experience uncomfortable. I'm sure once the construction work is completed, this will be a much more accommodating venue.

The room was clean and comfortable. Appreciated the room-darkening curtains, sound-proofed walls, and free parking. The A/C worked well. Appreciated the hotel's acceptance of pets.

The breakfast was pretty minimal. The coffee station was cleared away too soon in the morning. The fee to have pets was the most expensive of all of the hotels we stayed in during this particular trip (and we stayed in 9), and it was supposed to be double but they decided to honor the original quote I received. I would stay in this hotel again if I was not traveling with pets, but would not stay here again if I was traveling with pets (which was only by necessity, not choice as we were moving). Location is a bit isolated if you don't have a vehicle.

The location is great. The airport shuttle was extremely convenient. I liked that they only required a $30 hold on my card. I like the restaurant/bar. I had a good burger. I only stayed for one night so I don't have a lot of experience with the place to share. But it was good. Holiday Inn isn't swanky but you do have expectations of quality. I like the work desk in the room and I wanted to steal the chair.

I can't think of anything. It's not perfect but it was what I expected.

The manager of this hotel is amazing. He was friendly, accommodating and literally was all over the hotel handling things as it was super busy!

My only complaint was the lifeguard at the pool. She was rude and literally stood at the side and stared down at us while we were trying to enjoy ourselves. And when I say stared I do mean stared. Never looking away instead of being at her stand she followed us standing inches away. It was weird and creepy and I even mentioned that to her, asking her to give us space. We witnessed her be super rude to the people coming in behind us as well.

Clean comfortable room.

There was a boys hockey tournament group staying at hotel and I was given a room in the same hallway many of them were staying in. The kids were very loud, screaming and literally plying hockey in the hall right outside my room. And they didn’t bother to stop when I came out of my room and hotel staff didn’t seem to care.

A really pleasant hotel, convenient for the airport. Flight information is on screens down in the lobby, so you can check on the status of Departures or Arrivals before heading over. The room was comfortable and the staff downstairs very nice.

The WiFi connection is very slow and breaks off frequently. It took me three tries to complete my online check-in.

Very nice and clean room, toilet is very nice and good design, super friendly staff. Very closed to the airport. Shuttle bus is available

Hair dryer is not so good

I went there from the airpot with their shuttle. Thought I would have to pay for an uber in the early morning because my flight left at 6:00 am and their shuttle service starts at 5:00 am, however, the lobby staff said they could set me up with another shuttle at 3:30 am. Which I thought was extremely convenient and I'm thankful for that since it was my first time in the U.S.

The hotel had kinda like an oldish vibe.
