Nice hotel in general although price is mostly justified by the decoration (painting on sale on the walls, design fourniture...) than by the level of service.

No buffet breakfast in the hotel, you must buy each item you want (19 € per person should be deleted on Booking site). The messages received from the hotel before we arrive stated than rooftop and pool were open for the season which was not true (correctly indicated in information provided by Booking). Rooftop could have been open even if too early in the season to use the pool.

I loved the ambiance, the staff were amazing and inviting, the staff in the restaurant were also amazing! The room was extremely spacious and comfortable, and the bathroom was all of our favorites. The water pressure was amazing, the temperature of the water was great, everything was clean and beautiful. I would definitely stay here again.

I didn’t like how high the incidentals were in addition to the price, but it what it is I guess, we still enjoyed ourselves and had an amazing time! I also didn’t like how small the fitness center was but the little amenities they give you in there were cute.

Location, size of the room, comfort of the bed.

Upon arrival, I found a very dirty stained towel that was just folded and left as if clean.

Karen on reception was fantastic and went above and beyond to assist us with our 4am unexpected arrival. The room was superb, spacious, clean and airy. Superb location. Door staff were very attentive.

A male member of staff who was on the front desk was rude, arrogant and unaccommodating when trying to arrange a late checkout. Thankfully Gabby took over and made the process seamless. The male member of staff put Gabby down in front of us stating he knew better and he had been working there longer. Not a conversation any guests should hear. He shouldn't have any customer contact, he was the only negative during our stay at the Viceroy.

Every staff member I encountered was incredibly kind and helpful, room was nice (if just very slightly worn), wifi was fast, rooftop was lovely, check in & out was smooth. Location was great, very close to lots of food options and still close enough to walk to the center where I had meetings (~20+ min).

Just a few things were a bit worn-out (but not fully broken or anything) - a loose outlet, toilet flush didn't work correctly, would have been nice to be asked if I preferred to have a room facing front or back (not sure if with my room type that was an option). But very good value, at least for the dates I stayed!

I liked the location of the property and the pool/other amenities.

We came in a group of people so we reserved several rooms. In a couple of the rooms, the bathrooms were not clean. The shower had dirt/mold on the walls. In another bathroom, there was no ventilation so you could smell the plumbing from the other bathrooms. The walls were paper thin and you can hear other people around you in other rooms. The sheets in one of the rooms had a hole. We requested housekeeping at a specific time and nobody showed up to change our linen and replace our towels.

I really enjoyed my room with the spa bathtub. The bathroom was very nice and exceeded my expectations. The staff was all very kind and friendly with a lot of knowledge. Ali and Sunny helped me and my family load our bags and they were very considerate and gentle with their manners. Charline at the front desk was a real star, a true hotelier. She remembered my name and greeted me each time she saw me.

The fitness center was too small. I was excited to make use of it but it was very cramped and out of the way. This was the only thing I didn't like.

High quality finishes and furnishings. Bedding to die for…great location. Awesome rooftop pool and bar. Friendly staff too!

Kind of a weird set up for breakfast - have to funnel all guests through single register to order and pay, then can go sit down or take away. Also fixed price menu for restaurant week was too weird. Scrapple in an omelette? Nope. But these are not showstoppers for sure. Plenty of options in the area if pressed for time. Pool service was fast and good though. Coffee was great as well.
