Location is very convenient to the Third Ward area of town and centrally located otherwise. The hotel looked nice inside and out and was modern and clean. Breakfast was along the lines of most other decent hotels.

l thought the room would be a little larger based on the booking I made (was supposed to be 350 sq feet versus 250). The sofa sleeper worked fine for my son, but my husband and I rolled a bit toward the middle of our bed. Mostly slept OK though.

I liked that when I noticed I paid for the hotel twice, once when I booked it on booking.com and once when I got st the hotel they told me they would fix it. Also, the TV was pretty cool too. It only had like 10 channels on actual TV but the hotel had a guest account for Tubi so you could watch pretty much anything you could think of.

Someone puked by a garage can inside and it was sitting there all through breakfast. Also, the parking was a little confusing so I talked to a staff member and they said it's cheape if you don't have to move your car because each time you move your car its $25. so I repeated it to her to make sure I understood correctly. I asked a different staff member on our way out because that didn't woune right and they said they validate the parking so the whole day you can leave as much as you want all for $25. The first staff member I talked to was incorrect it wasn't cheaper if you don't have to move your car. Either way parking is $25/night. So it would be nice if all the staff new their own rules.

Location was excellent and the hotel is very nice. Most of all, in the midst of Harley madness and all the people, the STAFF WERE AMAZING! They went above and beyond and handled everything and everyone with professionalism. KUDOS to all the staff!

It was pricy, but considering there was a huge festival in town, it was worth the price at that time to be in the middle of the action.

The room was exceptionally clean and comfortable. The staff was always smiling, friendly and helpful.

The extra blanket was hard. It was not soft and pliable. When being used, it felt like a plank was on top of me.

Great value for money; new, clean comfort hotel; parking next door. I loved the room - big TV, nice new furniture, full kitchen etc.

very 'dull' breakfast, basic by all means, I came 30 min before it ends and got only cereal. Still OK; but f breakfast would be better it would move whole experience to next price range, as facility as itself is great.

We couldn’t check in until after 6:00 since our room was not ready, and the property was not available by phone - called for several days before I made reservations online.

Lots of sitting area in lobby to mingle with family and friends.

Parking is not connected to hotel and unsafe to walk alone because you end up near the back Alley. Need to find a better solution for parking No pool, no hair conditioner, the mirror was cracked in bathroom. Long wait to check in but understood lack of concierge employees.

Nice hot breakfast and they kept it stocked.

They were lacking staff like many places. The worst part is the parking as it is a totally non-connected structure without an elevator so if you are elderly or handicapped, it may be a difficult walk as it's probably a football field walk.

Breakfast, a good selection with many choices, though we did have to wait for clean plates and spoons, not enough stocked.

Could have been a little cleaner. Breakfast overall was good but many items were not available. I also thought the price was a little high.
