Excellent location - near the Historic 3rd Ward and right next to the HOP tram stop. Great and helpful staff - valet parking and front desk. Room was comfortable - bottles of water provided. We opted for no housekeeping and received additional points. Elevator secured by the room key.

On the first night the heating made a lot of clanging sounds. Didn't happen other nights so might have been a combination of wind and (low) temperature. The carpet in the room didn't look (or feel) very clean, with several large stains. One of the beds featured noticeable 'buttons' in the mattress.

The room is nice and the bed very comfortable. The hotel is short walking distance to the third ward public market and the river walk. Having a lounge at the concierge level is a nice perk.

The room was at the end of the corridor and my view was limited by a wall right next to the room. The concierge lounge was not stocked often enough for the number of guests. The hotel does not have a concierge, and the front desk personnel had limited knowledge about the city. Cost of room and valet parking is too high. Breakfast not included unless you are an upgraded member.

Second visit in the space of a few days. Again the staff were excellent - for example made a minor error during check-in (not a problem) but provided a $10 food/beverage voucher. Always greeted when we returned to the hotel. The room was better than for the previous visit. More up-to-date, heating quieter and carpet cleaner.

Check-in was quick and easy. Front desk staff was friendly and helpful. Room was clean, comfortable and quiet. Bed and pillows were extremely comfortable. Location was perfect for my needs.

overnight parking was $44 - very expensive. Opted for a local parking structure across the street.

The rooms are big and comfortable, the location is great for a quick walk to markets, restaurants and the Baird Center. Staff were super friendly and we had access to the executive lounge which was nice!

Parking-we wound up booking a spot in an open lot a block away. It worked out fine, but definitely did not feel very secure.

The staff was beyond excellent!! They were so genuinely nice and went above and beyond with their service.

Rooms could stand to be updated, while extremely clean, they are becoming a bit dated. That would be my only complaint, and it is a VERY minor one. This place is fantastic!!

Easy to get to. Very welcoming & grand. Room smelled clean, was clean & spacious. Shower was great. Bed very comfy. Walking distance to every place we were going. Nice bar/restaurant.

More expensive than most, as well as the price to park being higher too. Was the HD Homecoming so had little choice but to pay it. Wish the bar stayed open past midnight on a Saturday night. That being said, we weren't disappointed. Very nice stay.

Hotel staff were excellent. My flight came in early. I had been up since 3am (coming from CT). They allowed me to check in early without hesitation (HUGE plus)! Everyone was friendly, accommodating & helpful. The restaurant and staff were great (had lunch & cocktails). Room was clean, bed was perfect for my bad back with plenty of pillows, and it was nice and quiet. Would definitely stay again!

Low lighting in bathroom made makeup application difficult (was in town for a wedding). Could have used softer toilet paper.

Great location. You also have some great staff. Brooklyn and Eldra at the front desk were outstanding. When our first room assignment was not what we wanted, Brooklyn got us another room. Both were also very helpful on checkout day. In EastTown we had great service from Joe and Kayla. Good atmosphere and friendly vibe.

Broken revolving door made access/egress difficult. It was almost easier to get in and out through EastTown bar. Also the noise level is less than ideal on lower floors due to the new street rail line (and the usual motorcycles, although that is part of Milwaukee).

Check in was at 4pm. I received an email from the property stating I could check in early within 48 hours a few days prior to. I did check in the day before and was given an option to have the room ready as early as 1pm so I chose this option. I was a little surprised to get a text saying my room was ready around 7pm. I didn’t have a problem with check in being 4 o’clock but thought it was nice to have the option of having it be ready at 1pm. Even if this wasn’t possible, I would expect that the room would be ready at 4 o’clock at the earliest since this is normal check in time. This is my only negative about the hotel but it didn’t inconvenience us at all so it’s really not a big deal at all. I was just a little surprised.
