Even though it was offsite, parking was surprisingly simple for a downtown location. Proximity to Summerfest was a huge plus.

My ONLY complaint would be the strong scent of, I’m assuming, the cleaning solution used. Our room smelled strongly of it when we first walked in, however I think it had just been cleaned and the smell dissipated quickly. As someone with scent triggered migraines, this could be an issue for some. I did very much appreciate how clean the room was though. No carpet made me feel less icky about walking on the floor in socks.

This was my very first time in Milwaukee and I was visiting for work. When I first walked into the hotel I was immediately greeted by a very nice and friendly gentleman named Ricky. He was so welcoming and answered any and all questions I had throughout my visit. This Hotel is located in a great location where you can walk to get food or drinks. The hotel was very clean and comfortable but I did have trouble logging into wifi so I had to use my cellphone hotspot. I will need to go back to Milwaukee soon for work and will definitely stay at this hotel if Ricky is there! He was professional, knowledgeable, and gave first-class service!

Clean and comfortable we came to the area for a wedding. And because we couldn’t get a room on time, we almost miss the wedding. I was lucky enough to get a room at the last minute but the rest of my family all had to come into my room to change their clothes and leave their luggage because they couldn’t get a room not even at 3 o’clock. I’ve never been to a hotel certainly and never a Hilton. Where I couldn’t get into a room on time.

The staff, especially Ty and Erin were amazing! They were so accommodating, friendly, and helpful. The location was great, right next to the third ward. I would definitely stay there again.

Some public areas were a little dirty, but the room was very clean. I would like to see the elevator and floors cleaned because they were a little grungy.

I really appreciated the safety feeling of the location, quietness, and the cleanliness of the facility. I also appreciated the use of the fitness area.

Location was perfect for our needs (within walking distance to Summerfest grounds, safe path to navigate to and from). The lobby / hangout area of the hotel was nice. Seemed like plenty of space with various seating options.

We were unable to check in early, which would have been a "nice to have" but not a need. Upon checking in right at 3pm, the first room we were given had not yet been cleaned. We were on a tight schedule, so the extra time to sort things out was a little frustrating but the front desk staff was very apologetic. As a lot of other establishments these days, they were very short staffed from a housekeeping standpoint and struggled to get rooms cleaned in time for check-in. The hotel is either new or newly renovated but the room already seemed a little dingy from a "clean" standpoint.

Breakfast should go later to 10 or 11 am. Everybody doesn't get up early and have to leave or work. For those of us on vacation or had the next day off, it would be nice to get something, instead of having to wake up early and possibly hungover and then have to go out and buy breakfast.

Paying for parking. Should be included, or discounted to 10 bucks

It was in a good location. It was very easy getting to a restaurant. I would recommend other people to stay there.

I didn't like that they didn't have an extra roll of tissue or napkins in the bathroom. They also need a TV guide in the room.

was told by staff I’d be ticketed or towed if I was to park out front overnight . but noticed several people parked out front overnight with no problem. due to the matter I had to park 1 block away for $10 because I was almost informed of a very steep $25 parking fee to park in a structure around the corner through the hotel. very inconvenience parking

I loved the bathroom setting. It's beautiful. The bed was very comfortable and clean.

How breakfast ends so early, way before noon. Not giving people a chance to have breakfast. No one is really waking up at 8 and 9 in the morning.
