The king room that we had was totally functional for a one night stay like ours. Everything was up-to-date with convenient plug ins and USB ports. The shower was great with good stream and accessibility. The room was by no means luxurious but was quiet even with hardwood floors. Coffee maker worked fine, as did the mini fridge.

Didn't like the placement of the TV with relation to the bed or any other seating that would allow you to watch TV except on an angle. A bit hard to get to if you are looking for lodging close to I80

The room was clean and had everything we needed. We especially liked that the room did NOT have carpet!

The grass around the property was REALLY long and it made it hard to walk our dogs to go potty. Also, there were a bunch of motorcyclists staying at the hotel and they parked under the entrance portico which made it hard to unload and reload our car . The motorcycles were also blocking the sidewalks.

Clean room particularly for a couple with a dog. Appreciated that there was no hassle traveling with our small dog.

Breakfast was abundant but very low quality. I try to feed my family natural foods which were completely missing from the buffet.

Beautiful property outside and in. Room was probably the best we’ve stayed in on entire trip. The staff that greeted us was very welcoming and helped with any questions we had. She was extremely busy with lots of folks checking in at the same time, and handled it with patience and professionalism. Definitely would stay here again in the future.

Although it is very contemporary, the noise level was pretty high with the upstairs and next door neighbors stomping around. The toiletries had not been replenished and were empty. The beautiful shower door wouldn't stay closed.

The room was amazing and the price was great. Wasn't expecting such an amazing room for the price I got it for. Also Logan at the front desk was professional, great with recommendations, and definitely deserves a promotion. I've never had a front desk rep. take the time out to talk with me the way he did.

Monica and Zoe were great. Monica went above and beyond to help us. So did Zoe. They should be commended. The manager was nice. New hotel and they are working hard to work out the issues

Staff / excellent customer service Clean / felt it was above average compared to other places we have stayed. Pricing was within the good range.

Some breakfast foods were not attended enough was not up to temperature for health reasons.

Room was nice size. Television worked well. Bed was comfortable.

Checking in on the weekend was verbally told breakfast 6 to nine. On the key was written 6 to 9. Got up for 6 o’clock breakfast and was told weekends was 7. Couldn’t wait an hour, so headed out.

Cleanliness and staff. Very convenient location, right off the interstate.

Breakfast was HORRIBLE. We had to go to Starbucks to get real coffee. TV was a mess. No printed channel guide and their on-screen menu was really bad. They need to change that STAT.
