We like the cleanliness and friendly staff. My request for extra pillows and towels were in the room. The backyard is a great place to sit and have a cup of coffee in front of the fire pit. We enjoyed the complimentary cookies. The rooms are spacious and clean. Love the control for A/C and heat. The kitchen is nice. It's great to have a fridge and microwave. Love the free wifi.

I found it odd that the hand soap is fastened to the wall about a foot from the sink. That was inconvenient. The sinks are very high. I'm short and can hardly lean over the sink. There isn't anything anyone can do about this, but I don't like that the bathroom area is open and right next to the bed, Though there is a door to close off the toilet and shower, the light from the sink area is right in your face if you're in bed. There was only one luggage rack. It would have been nice to have 2. TV could have more channels, but it did have movie channels.

Unusually nice pool (large, comfortable temperature), solid exercise facilities, lovely courtyard, comfortable bed. Honestly the room was almost too nice for a quick 1 night stay (very spacious + kitchenette.) Friendly and welcoming desk staff. Business center actually came in handy.

Price was a bit high for me. I don't know know Cheyenne well but the location felt a touch inconvenient. Was a bit of a winding/twisty path to get anywhere. Not terrible (10-15 min by car) but not ideal. Little pet peeve: increasingly common thing where the TV is weirdly offset from the bed in a way that you can't watch TV there. Didn't come up for me on this trip since we weren't there long but I've been annoyed by that layout in other stays.

Location is great, right next to mall and on the road where there are lots of restaurants, Target, Walmart, pretty much everything. Hotel is always clean. Love the back outside area with the fire pit. Loved that were plenty of towels and pillows.

I don't like that the bathroom is right next to the bed with no door closure. Even though the toilet/shower is separate and has a door, the sink area does not. Appreciate the night-light feature in the shower room. That helps. This can't be helped, but there was a birthday party for kids going on in the lobby and in the evening when we wanted to enjoy the fire pit and the quiet outside area, the kids spilled outside and we could not enjoy it. But that's not the hotel's fault.

Breakfast was provided in the price of the room, and there was a nice variety of cold and hot options. Lots of space to socialize indoors and outside, and even grills available for cooking outside. The hotel seems new; clean and inviting. Bed was comfortable, but the duvet cover refused to stay on the duvet so I released it and that worked much better.

The uncooperative duvet cover was a bit unnerving the first night, but once I removed it and just used the comforter things were fine. One of the 2 elevators was noisy, but both worked well so this was simply a small annoyance.

Spent 9 days at this facility. Staff was great. The food was good, we mainly ate the breakfast. We were in a 1 bedroom suite which was great given we sleep at different times. The free washer and dryer use was really helpful.

The pool/spa was closed while we were there. Need the proper size coffee filters for the coffee maker. The ones in the room were too big.

This is a very hospitable hotel. Staff is always very nice. The hotel is large and clean and has everything you would need.

The price. We've stayed here 2 times before and this is the most we've ever paid for this or any hotel: 283.00. For that price, we shouldn't have had to buy the tiny tube of toothpaste from the pantry, because we forgot ours. It's a great hotel in a great location, but 251 plus tax was a lot.

First impressions are very important and the person that checked us in our first night made a good one. She was very friendly, answered questions, and seemed to go out of her way to welcome us. All other employees I encountered seemed to have the same attitude towards customer service. The room was very quiet and that is important to me. We did not hear anyone once we were in our room. The amenities here are very good, especially for post pandemic service, with refreshments available most of the day and evening. The breakfast was nothing special but good and fresh.

Some morning traffic noise but nothing terrible.

Best place to stay! Close to everything, staff was friendly, pool and sauna were nice- glad we stayed there and would again next time in town.

we stopped at the property due to a winter storm. liked that there was dinner available on a Wednesday, and a good breakfast in the morning.

the heater fan made a loud noise about 4 times during the night, only for a few seconds but it alarmed (and woke) us the first time.

Great suite, clean and comfortable

The pet fee was $150 to one night for a small well behaved dog. Paid it because had no choice. But a per day boarding fee in Chico is $50 per day. So $150 / day is outrageous!
