Days Inn by Wyndham Cheyenne

Loved the breakfasts every moring!! Coffee was excellent!!! Was very quiet at 🌙

Even though they had some plumbing issue that had them shutting down the water at 7:30 a.m., staff was very upfront and friendly about it. Plumbing issue seemed to be in the room we rented, so staff upgraded us to suite no extra charge.

Minor incovenience about the plumbing problem. Room was prepaid, but they charged my card a second time. Staff noticed mistake and corrected it on their own, but did not tell me. Had to make a 20minute phone call the next day to be sure I was not charged.

the linen were amazing. The room decorated nice and very comfortable.

the dining room was horrible. At 8 on a Sunday morning the powder eggs were floating in water and I think what was suppose to be salsa looked like it was regurgitated. There was no Pastry, no yogurt, no fruit of any kind. There was a waffle station, but you couldn’t find a clean spot on the counter to even try to make one for yourself.

It wasn’t good because you didn’t have any food

The door in the room could have shut better instead of us pulling very hard to shut it

I thought the property was fine I was a little upset that you didn’t have enough paved parking lot parking in the mud was not a nice thing to have to get out into mud.

I’m sorry already stated that in the other section above everything was fine other than the parking situation. in the evening there wasn’t any hot water available to take a shower I didn’t really understand why it was that way.

The building, grounds and rooms were very clean and nice. Staff was very accommodating and helpful.

The breakfast bag left a little to be desired. I also left a jacket in the room and called when I discovered I had left it in the closet. The desk clerk could not locate it, so I left information I would stop on my return trip to see if had been located. On my return trip I contacted the desk clerk, but again, the jacket was not located. I was very disappointed the jacket had not been placed in “the lost and found”.

Staff here were exemplary! When I checked in, the lady at the desk was so cherry and nice, we laughed and talked about stuff, Australia, etc., and she was super personable. They are taking Covid protocols seriously - and appreciated the plastic screen, hand wipes, etc. Staff were not only really warm and sweet, but professional at the same time. I take my hat off to that 👍🏼😆 The hotel lobby has a Western-ranch sorta look - nice furniture, warm, inviting and really homey. Breakfast was available - but I slept through it, unfortunately :( The room was pretty standard - carpets were really clean, and it was very comfy. It was chilly outside - and was happy the heat came on quickly and warmed the place up well. Bathroom was spotless, stocked up with lots of towels, bed was comfy, and everything worked well. Fridge and microwave present in the room; and lots of channel options on tv 😁 Rates were really reasonable too - and not that far from Downtown Cheyenne. Highly recommended! 😁 Thanks to the staff were being so sweet - really appreciate it!

Nothing!

When I entered the room the 2 beds looked like someone had been wrestling on them. I immediately pulled back the covers on one bed to see if the sheets were clean. They looked just as bad so I took pictures and went to the front desk to report it. The clerk on duty was concerned and the MOD walked up and didn’t appear interested. I heard “oh they took them out when they were hot,etc. I was told “they are clean”. I’ve stayed at this Days Inn for years and never incurred such a thing! I did stay in the room after throughly inspecting everything. Before the MOD walked up the clerk offered to change the room MOD didn’t offer any kind of solution.

The bedding

Very friendly and helpful staff. Very comfortable bed. Clean. Well equipped room - microwave, fridge, iron, hairdryer, safe, and of course - TV. Near Interstate 25 and was convenient on our journey to Denver.

The decor was a bit tired and old fashioned. The breakfast was quite average. Would have liked to have fruit and cereals...

Location location close to downtown and a lot restaurants near by gas station 100 feet away get back on highway easy.

No complaints 😀
