The staff was so friendly and they were always being productive-- sweeping and cleaning when there was a lull at the front desk and we were told by the manager that some of the other staff has been helping with housekeeping to make sure that the rooms are adequately cleaned on time. From what we experienced, they did a great job! Very pleased.

We were really disappointed that the hot tub has been removed and tiled over. There is still a pool, but we really hoped to relax in the hot tub. That's being a little picky, though because our stay was really excellent overall.

From the moment the desk staff greeted us - we were treated like important guests. Friendly courteous helpful! Rooms so comfy including the sofa in the suite that our extra adult slept on. Fabulous shower- deep tub. Complimentary breakfast really good. Fresh cantaloupe today. Scram eggs. Biscuits and gravy. Oranges. Yogurt. Cereal. Bagels. Great strong coffee. 5 stars from two grannies, a mom and two heathen toddlers

Nothing! Honestly our best stay on an epic National Lampoon 2,000 mile road trip w babies.

The room was beautiful and roomy with a walk in closet to store our luggage. The decor, lighting, and furniture was very classy. Breakfast was delicious. Location was right off the freeway, very convenient.

The elevator was out of order but we were told in advance and didn’t mind climbing a few stairs.

The staff was very cordial. There was a lot of construction going on and the place felt not ver cozy. I really liked the staff. The place needed some fresh flowers and more wall decor. Too spare. The dining area need some sofas or a feeling of a cozy lobby. Just too open and industrial feeling.

Breakfast was ok, sort of heavy on packaged food. Coffee strong, a plus. More fresh food would be appealing.

The hotel and staff were great.

I do understand that during Cheyenne Frontier Days that all the hotels can charge a higher booking fee, but I feel that you may have reached a rate that is too expensive for a future stay. I have attended Cheyenne Frontier Days for many years but the cost of attending in the future may prevent me from traveling to Cheyenne next year.

I liked the room size because it accommodated 4 people comfortably.

That the pool was closed due to renovations. I wished that was stated on the website. There was a constant pounding noise for hours that sounded know ike it was coming from the room above ours.

Great location near the freeway. Good location, breakfast was great. Loads of room and luggage trolleys to unpack my car overnight. Internet enabled TV so you can sign into Netflix etc

Clean and comfortable. Exceptional staff. Nice pool, exercise room, and patio.

Noise. Our room faced the highway and we heard traffic all night. Maybe rooms on the front of the building are more quiet. The AC was also extremely loud. If you are a sound sleeper or use earplugs, you should be fine.

IN ROOM 106 AND THE REFRIGERATOR DID NOT WORK. CLEANLINESS WAS GOOD. STAFF WAS GREAT. BREAKFAST WAS GOOD BUT COULD HAVE OFFERED A LITTLE MORE

FRIG NOT WORKING. WOULD HAVE LIKED TO HAVE HAD SOME COLD WATER TO DRINK AT BREAKFAST BAR AND PLAIN OATMEAL
