Wow. Cleanliness, property maintenance and interior design are worth noting. This is a US owned and operated property and does not fall short in delivering a full value service. The customer service, property maintenance, cleanliness, and amenities are far superior to properties owned by lesser quality franchises under Wyndham, Choice, and many more. I particularly liked the interior design and color scheme. The room layout, interior design, and extreme weather resistant construction are factors to consider when choosing this property. this isn’t a big deal but I felt like the lobby had a closed of uninviting feel to it.

This place was amazingly clean. The bathroom was a nice size and every room has a kitchenette. The desk rolls out so you can have a table to seat two people.

We decided to check out a day early and when I asked the front desk if we could get a refund of the unused day the answer was a curt "no". Nothing like "oh I'm sorry you'll be leaving us. Is everything alright?" It also took over a week to get our $50 "incidental" deposit back.

The room was so inviting and we immediately were as comfortable as we are at home. The beds and pillows are always soft and warm! I slept in the BONUS recliner and I was asleep in a flash! The hubs and kids loved the stay as well. Too bad we couldn't have stayed another night, but we are considering moving to Cheyenne in the spring so i know we'll be back for the house hunt! Thank you! Thank you!!

Everything was great. Very clean and inviting. As well as extremely comfortable.

We traveled with our dogs, one of which has only 3-legs, and they were able to accommodate our request for a 1st floor room. The room was spacious and clean with a microwave, coffee maker and large fridge which is so helpful when traveling cross country by car. The bed was comfortable and while the hotel is near the railroad tracks (as most hotels are in Cheyenne!) it was not disruptive at all. Both staff members we interacted with were very nice.

While I don't like paying a pet fee since we travel with our own dog beds, do not allow the dogs on the hotel beds, and we always use the designated pet area and clean up after our pets, the fee was only $15 + tax so easier to swallow. Not everyone is as conscientious about cleaning up after their pet so the pet area was a little challenging.

This hotel was a bit out of the center but within the city. The price was right and the room and hotel were very clean.

The staff member at check in was not engaging in any way. I asked questions and she hardly responded …. Overall not very welcoming, or with good customer service.

Tasha made me copies of papers i needed and i needed to extend a few more days. Staff was very helpful with question I had of area. And all around I will recomend my place to people i see traveling.

The room was very clean and the sheets were not scary. The refrigerator did not stink. The garbage was totally empty and totally clean. The front desk guy was very friendly and enjoyable to speak with.

The view from the window was of a fetid pond. I accidentally left my brand new case of pepsi. It is very close t the train tracks. I really do not have any valid complaints. I like tacos, do you like tacos?

So clean I could have eaten off the floor in the elevator. Super friendly and helpful staff. Comfy beds. Full kitchen was a huge bonus for us. No upcharge for the animals was greatly appreciated. Would definitely stay here again.
