Very close to interstate and downtown Cheyenne. Staff was friendly and helpful.
Area around property was not great. Lots of transient pedestrian traffic. Property has some needed repairs. Shower did not drain well and shower head was loose at the wall. Shower curtain had hole in plastic and towels were starting to wear thin in places. Parking lot could use better lighting at night.

Our first room had a TV that wasn’t working. The person working the front desk came up to help us. He upgraded us to another room (suite) after verifying that the TV in there worked. Very good customer service.

The area the hotel is in is not very nice. This isn't the hotels fault but the area is sketchy.
