Little America Hotel & Resort Cheyenne

Property is attractive and easy to access. Room was spacious and clean w large bathroom, staff friendly and helpful. There was a large group of Frontier Airlines trainees there and when I went to get breakfast, it sounded like a men’s dorm or frat house it was so noisy with young men talking loudly; I’d have thought that as flight attendants in training they would have been more aware of their impact on others. Disappointed there was no plain in yogurt only parfaits with things we could not eat. Also disappointed that room service and food were not available late . Liked the little patios.

Breakfast room ambience and choices. No late food. Nothing other than egg dishes for breakfast on the room service menu and can’t eat eggs or oatmeal.

The hotel was in a nice location and the property was very nice. The pool was very nice and refreshing. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable and met our needs. Good value for a nice place to stay in Cheyenne.

I booked a king room, but ended up with 2 queen beds. I chose not to complain as the price was the same and that was not something I was willing to complain about. The shower spilled a lot of water into the floor because the glass did not contain the water. I didn't particularly like walking up a set of stairs to get to the room, only because we were moving and had just loaded the trailer with all our household goods and furniture, so we were quite hot and tired by the time we got to the room and the last thing I wanted to do was carry one more thing up a set of stairs. (that was purely a situational comment).

The grounds keeping needed attention.

The room was very comfortable and clean. The place was quiet and with plenty of parking closeby.

I chose this hotel because of the reviews, location and also because at the time of reservation it showed breakfast was included for a fee which wasn't the case. That is only available to guests who schedule directly through the hotel's website. Otherwise breakfast is A la carte and not cheap at all. So when I requested to add the breakfast plan they told me I couldn't. This I think was a little deceiving for those who really would like to have their breakfast on the same premises they stay, which was a bit dissapointing.

The young woman who checked us in was delightful. Super friendly and helpful. What a nice person! Our room was beautiful with a nice little balcony and view of the pool. Parking was simple. The property is always so well-maintained and lovely. The room was very nice and very clean. The bed was super comfortable. We love staying here!

Breakfast was too expensive and there were not many Grab and Go choices. The woman who I assume was the manager was grouchy, unfriendly, and seemed very rough and rude to the young men working in the Cafe Saturday morning. I asked for napkins and she rolled her eyes at me and barked that they were "right there!" She was a grouchy troll! She made a very bad impression on my husband and me. However, the young man who actually was trying to wait on us was very sweet!!! Super friendly and helpful. But, he seemed nervous around the woman manager.

Beautiful property! Very nice beds and rooms. It’s left but kept up well. The only issue we had was the front desk attendant gave us the wrong room number and building. It was late when we arrived and so we had to work that out by going back and forth from the rooms and office. I felt she should have given us a free breakfast for our troubles, but she didn’t. Overall a very nice stay.

The property is beautiful. Perfect location for CFD. Every member of the staff was super friendly and helpful. They went above and beyond to accommodate us. They have a great pool.

It was easy to find, nice location, very friendly staff with easy check-in, restaurant was very good and it was clean.

It was good just as it was.

We needed the soft atmospheres and the space that was given. Nice and friendly staff, clean rooms and also very clean outside. So Nice to walk around the area before the golfers started in the mornings. Only thing that eventually could disturb was the heavy truck traffic nearby. But we kind of not bothered cause the rest was good.

Super cute Hotel, nice cafe' in lobby where we had a great breakfast. Staff was nice and check-in was easy. The lobby and halls were decorated for Christmas, which the grandkids loved and I cant lie it got me in the Christmas spirit too. Neat Hotel I would stay here again next time I pass through.

Cant say there was anything I did not like about the hotel. But we ordered some delivery late from a place called Silver mine Subs which I thought was a Mom Pop shop but it was more like a subpar subway. I do not eat at many chain restaurants or fast food at all, but this place was not good especially for the price which was not very expensive but not worth what we got. Eat at the hotel if possible, the only reason we did not eat there for dinner is that we got in late and the restaurant was closed, but the cafe was great the next morning.
