location was good for getting in and out of the city and the airport. There is also a short walk to the metro station which is great for getting around especially at peak times as traffic in Dubai can cause delays

some construction work going on around the property which caused some noise, breakfast wasn't the best, and has to walk to the sister hotel which was a little inconvenient. This should be explained in the hotel description

The staff were very helpful and friendly. Especially Ms. Michelle was so kind and welcoming with an amazingly positive attitude and great smile, which we found very less in customer services representative now a days. In fact, I haven't seen that kind of dedication in my earlier trips to Korea and Japan. Overall, the room was ok bit small but perfect for a solo traveller. Location is near to most of the attractions of this amazingly beautiful city of Dubai. I will recommend travellers to stay in this hotel.

Location was very good, it is a good place if you want to have a rest in a quite place, no noise and cool. Rooms are still new and fresh, clean. Staff are very friendly. value for money Hotel is maintained properly.

I was put in a handicap room which was very embracing. We our booking was for two people but they provided only one bath towel, we had to call for the second towel. Room service took to much time to bring our order, it took like one hour when we were all sleeping.

I came to stay in this hotel. Whenever I come to stay here, I feel like I have come to my family. The staff here is very friendly and nice and well behaved. Akhil in reception, Tabby in F&B and I want to do special thanks to our brother like security manager Muhammad Salman who is very good and works according to rules and regulations. I will always tell everyone that whenever you come to Dubai, do visit this hotel once. You will get complete family like atmosphere.

The location is very close to the metro station and there is everything you need nearby. The hotel was very comfortable.

There isn’t a proper smoking area, no chairs or table, if you’re a smoker you have to stay up under the sun on the street. Also, the extra charge for an early check in (2,5 hours earlier) cost us almost the same amount as for a whole night stay.

Once again I went to stay in this hotel, I was welcomed like a family member. I love going there. I want to thank JUE in reception and room service tabby they gave me very good service and how can I forget my brother like SALMAN I want to thank the manager SALMAN I feel very safe to stay there and his work the way of doing and responsibility, I feel that I should always stay here.

Really loved the hotel and the view. RITY was amazing and provided us with smooth check in and check out. I will come back again. Thanks for good care from all the staff

the reception team was great from check in to check out. especially Michelle from reception the way she interacts with guest is great, she was wonderful, she called the security to help me park my car. the security was very helpful with the parking and also with the luggage

I liked the clean of the room and it has very good view and nice location in center of Dubai, I will take this opportunity to thank Mr. Akhil for providing us a good service and upgraded room in very good view and making sure to provide the customer a very good stay in the hotel many thanks to him and all of the staff who worked in hotel, (keep it up)

My suggestion is to put excuse fan in bathroom to ventilate the toilet coz the bathroom doesn't have excuse fan or Vacuum fan on it
