Very stylish hotel, great staff. The room was very big. They provide a little snack every day which was sweet. The hotel location is good, near to everything in KLCC but also quiet. The common facilities are maintained well.

The toilet smelled a little bit and overall cleanliness was average. I think next time I would choose a 5 star hotel for the same price.

This property is different. A real comfortable bed, a nice shower and good internet speed. The entire property is quiet and relaxed. Entire building is covered with plants, the washed concrete walls and floors generate a modern touch together with carefully selected furniture items. This hotel has made a name in KL. Also my next hotel booking which was in the historic 5-star hotel THE MAJESTIC HOTEL roared about it.

About the property I liked everything except the 3 inch step from the room into the bathroom. Almost fell during a nightly restroom visit because it’s close to the bed and one tents to forget that there is a step. But it could me a ME problem.

Such a beautifully designed hotel, stylish in a relaxed and comfortable way. Situated in a perfect spot, a 10min walk to the centre but far away enough to not be surrounded by the noise. Wonderful staff and great breakfast, and a little 'treat' bag of kiddie sweets in the room which was a fun touch. Will definitely return if I'm in KL again.

The description was a little misleading. A courtyard room does not look out onto a courtyard (it's just the name of the sligthly larger type of room), and the minibar mentioned wasn't there (though there is a small fridge for you to buy your own). Could improve a little on sustainability (eg lighting).

Pretty decent location within walking distance from decent eateries near the hotel. The interior design is a nice blend of industrial and colourful pastel colours. There is a free snack box of Malaysian childhood favourites in every room. The Monroe restaurant has a decent selection of food and drink. Portion sizes of their meals are just right, so if you are watching your diet, eating here will not ruin or throw you off your fitness/diet goals. It is good value for money, overall - prices at Monroe and the cost of accommodation. I also like that there were no screaming children on the property. For the 3 days I stayed there I only saw one child, who thankfully was not rambunctious. The hotel is definitely for the Gen X, Y and Z. Boomers..not so. P.S the Aesop collection in the bathrooms were 👌🏼

I went there alone and the staff was very kind. They answered my queries and made my stay feel welcomed. I had dinner at Monroe. The dish tasted and looked amazing. I was sitting outside so I could hear the bustling of the city. And I loved the localized desserts, a great touch to the overall normal restaurant served desserts. The room was nice and I appreciate the motto; be kind and unwind which I did with the childhood snacks served. Those took me back to my younger days.

The breakfast location was at Lucky. It tends to get a little warm. Throughout my stay, they were quite a lot of people taking photos which I understand, looking at the beautiful settings; but I would appreciate a little discretion. Otherwise, it was a very nice stay.

We very much liked the location and the staff. Because hotel is small, staff recognized us and interactions were personal, even though we stayed only 4 days. I would rate the staff as superb regarding their friendliness and helpfulness. Once we asked about an ATM near hotel and because it was late at night, we were offered the hotel security guard to accompany us for safety reasons because the shortcut was through a back stretch without lighting. The rooms are basic but everything necessary was there. Towels were soft and big, toiletries were nice, and cookies delivered to your room every night. The lobby was like a great room with plenty of light and comfortable seating- a nice place to hang out. Breakfast was good but limited to a few items. For a stay of 4 days, this was not a problem. However had we stayed longer, breakfast would have become a bit boring. There was also a bit of a misunderstanding. First day, we were offered juice along with coffee. Last day, we were told that breakfast only included one drink, not two. We were not happy about this since this was new to us. But for this misunderstanding, our stay would have been perfect. If you are looking for value and a personal touch, not luxury, the Kloe will not disappoint.

1. I wished that you can extend my checkout time for 1 hour for free, was asked to pay, but in some other similar concept hotel, I was able to get free 1 hour stay beyond my checkout time. But then again, it is what it is. Still good, and great place to stay.

It’s a long-waited getaway for me and my friend, and we definitely enjoyed our time staying in KLoé Hotel. Every corner was so aspirational and aesthetically pleasing, even the lobby having good smell and greenery. I like how Kloe hotel treated their guests as if their friends or family, we even received a welcome note from hotel manager sharing all the things we should be aware of. Another great experience is - KLoé hotel is so sweet offering luxury brands - Aesop’s body and hair care products in all the bathroom or toilets. A small part we’ve noticed but it’s worth mentioning - Kloe hotel is hiring hard of hearing people as their janitor, and she’s so lovely helping us. All the little details made our day and give us a full recharge staying in such a lovely place. Will definitely recommend to all my friends!

However we felt like the pool is not cleaned and hence we decided to cancel our swim and go for a city walk.

We stayed at the Room to taste. It was such a fun experience with drinks and treats. So many wonderful touches. The room and toilet is very clean. Bed is a little on the hard side but still comfortable. Staff are always friendly and helpful. The restaurant on 2nd floor serves great food too. Walking distance to Pavilion and TRX. Great stay. Would love to come back again!

We really enjoyed everything in this hotel. The pool water looked a little murky and one other quirk was that there is a step up/down from the room into the bathroom which was hard to see (probably for aesthetic reasons). Tripped on it quite a couple of times. Saw another guest that mentioned this as well. So just need to be extra careful on that. Everything else was perfect!

beautiful interior. extremely friendly and helpfull staff. there is a coffee-bar that also serves great breakfast in the lobby of the hotel. nice swimming pool. great location

tip: there should be towel-hangers in the bathroom. otherwise everything was perfect. without aircondition, the room heats up very quick. but with airco, everything’s good. the rooms aren’t well insulated thas why you can hear the outside traffic and upstairs neighbours
