Room was very clean. Bed was comfortable. But the BEST was May and Patty at the front desk. My grand daughter was disappointed that the indoor pool was closed and May went above and beyond to make her stay a happy one!! And Patty helped by being kind and very helpful, giving us great directions to another pool that May got an ok for us to go too. These 2 ladies are exceptional!!

I neglected to put the do not disturb sign on our door. But did not expect a maid to try to come in at 6:30 am!!!! I have never had a maid try to clean that early!!

it was clean !! You can pay the deposit in cash and receive it right back at check out !!

I had a difficult time with an employee named Ron!! he was very rude and unprofessional ….He was the worst part of my experience……

it was well kept, had a great breakfast and I felt safe and comfortable in my room as a female solo traveller! i really needed a place to crash for the night and I had no hesitations once I was there.

The room was very comfortable. The staff was very helpful. There are a lot of dining options in the area of the hotel, and there were some covered parking spots..

The price was good and right by the interstate.

Got ice from the ice machine for my cooler. When I looked closely, there was a beetle frozen in one of the ice cubes. I suggest the machine be cleaned more often to prevent this. I'm sooo glad I did not use this ice for a beverage.

Me and my children really enjoyed our stay. It was so comfortable and quiet. It felt like home. The room and hotel were very clean. We will be back!

This place is a hidden gem! It was very nice on the inside and it was surprisingly quiet! The staff was very friendly. The rooms were up to date and pretty classy. I have stayed in a ton of hotel in Charlotte, from downtown to the airport and even by the university. This hotel was one of the nicest!

The area was a little questionable, but don’t let that stop you.

My only complaint is that the room had a "funny" smell to it; other than that, all was well. Also, the location was a bit sketchy.
