The room was so clean, even the bathroom. Important to me... hot water and great water pressure in the shower!The bed was comfortable, as was the couch in the sitting area of the rather large room. The girl who checked us in was a real sweetheart, very friendly. Breakfast was good, although the lady in charge didn't refill empty drinks, forcing guests to make purchases at the vending machine. Overall stay was excellent, would stay again, and recommend to others.

Nothing really. We were only in town overnight for a concert, so we didnt check out any other amenities the hotel may have had.

Room was spacious, well laid out. Both room and bath were spotless. Breakfast offered wide variety. Easy check-in/out. Travel through area several times year. This will be my go to from now on.Great room, great value!

We had no untoward experience. Our expectations were exceeded. Amazing value when looking at other available options nearby. While we traveled as a couple I would consider very family friendly.

Omg this is my third time staying here once i found this place for the Cincinnati jazz festival I been staying here every since the staff was wonderful great very very very friendly respectful was always there when I need anything had a answers for every question I ask.. housekeeping was wonderful as well it was always clean smell great.. omg the Gm Tammy was great was working her butt off i would tell my friends to stay here

Tami (Aunty) 🤣 was oh so helpful and kind!! The room was a lot bigger than I was expecting so that was nice was planing on switching hotels as we traveled yet the staff was nice and room was BIG!! So I ended up staying 3 more nights at this location. Nice and close to the Creations museum and not too far of a drive to the Ark Encounter. If ever in the area again I will definitely stay there again!

Gunnar has one complaint the centipede that appeared in the bathroom🦠🤣

Didn’t like the smell of the room had that musty odor to it in the middle of the night when I got up I had a real dry cough. My head was stuffy. It’s like somebody smoked in there or had a cat or dog in there at one time I went on to New York and stayed in a hotel there much better course. I paid eight dollars more per night than what I paid at your room.

Breakfast -Good Room-Clean beautiful The entire room was perfect, everything I needed.. I just wish that there was a discount, I would have stayed there, for the entire week for work.

The price, I get it, it's a nice hotel, but when you pay out of pocket for work, it can be a bit much, but the stay was great, loved it.

The room was a great size. The breakfast had a wide variety of choices and was delicious. Bed was very comfortable too.

One of our beds was missing a comforter and only had the tops sheets. It got really cold in the room and my oldest son was very cold. Then we adjusted the heat and it got too hot. Kinda felt like the thermostat wasn't working. Hard to find a good medium. Also, the pool was absolutely freezing. It was a nice pool, but for a heated pool, I was very surprised how cold the room was and the water. Almost too cold for my 2 year old.

-sounded like someone was vacuuming in the next room late at night -blew a fuse when microwave was turned on and then the bedside lights couldn’t be used

like the location being away from a lot of traffic. quiet staff was nice and breakfast was pretty good with a good bit of options

turn the heat off and never would cool off in the room and pull out couch had some dirt fall out when I pulled it out

Rooms were clean and comfortable. Staff was nice and he[pful. Ride to the airport was quick and efficient. Driver was very nice and helpful, we would definitely stay their again and will recommend it to our friends.
