The diner on site that provided breakfast was amazing. Our room was large and clean. The staff were extremely helpful and very nice. The staff gave us a map of the surrounding area and circled areas of interest. Our room was in a great location.

There was no way to get to our room besides taking the stairs - which was fine, but my bag was huge and it was a bit clunky to carry upstairs. We had to walk far to get to our room because a parking lot was closed. It was a bit confusing to get to our room. The floors sounded hollow and wooden, and I was self-conscious about making a ruckus so the floor below me didn't hear everything.

Loved the breakfasts! Best meal experience at any hotel I’ve stayed at. The choices were all delicious and filling. The room was comfy. Nice to have a fridge in there.

Inconsistent room cleaning/towel refresh. The first day I got a text asking what services we wanted. I did not get one on the second day and our room was not serviced at all. I know you can’t do much about it but there isn’t much of a noise barrier. The people walking around above us woke me up and I could hear their dog crying loudly after they left the room.

Location is always convenient. We like to be able to have so many places to walk to and not drive. The 10% diacount atvalot of the places downtown is nice. (If you remember to use it. Lol), free breakfas at Stella's is such a treat and sooo good!!

Thought the price was a little spendy this time we stayed. We have stayed several times since I was diagnosed with breast cancer in December. This one night on a Wednesday just seemed higher then normal as I wasn't a weekend.

We loved the room. It was our favorite place to stay on our trip. It had 2 beds, and 1 of the the beds was in a separate room with its own TV and sliding door that our son really enjoyed having his own space. The bathroom was amazing and had heated flooring. The breakfast options at the restaurant next door were fantastic with plenty of options to choose from.

Very Pet Friendly!! Amazing staff! It is an excellent and comforting place to stay when life on the outside gets a little hectic! I am so grateful for the amazing staff and their ability to meet our needs in a way that made us feel safe and sound! ♥️

The room did not have a microwave, although access to a microwave was not far away.

The location worked for us. Close to family, cause we came from Oregon. Stella's next door was awesome. The staff at both places were exceptional. I also felt safe when walking around, cause of the door keys to entry hallways and upstairs room locations. When we come back to visit family. This is where we will stay again.

The shower curtain would not close all the way close to the faucet end. So water got all over the floor when you took a shower. That was the only fault that I noticed.

parking so close to the room was a plus. we had our dog with us and convince to pet area up the street was very convenient. a very comfortable room and check-in/out was easy and staff so congenial!

I didn’t ask at check in so we original thought there was no place to walk our dog. Luckly my husband found the area up the street that had bags so he knew it was okay to use it. the treat bag for our dog was so nice. maybe add that to the bag?

nice room size, location is near restauarants.

noisy air condition breakfast is in a restaurant near by. wait time for getting a table can be up to an hour. it would be great if the hotel had some basic breakfast (e.g. cereal) - if you don't need a full sit down breakfast.

The room was quiet and comfortable for us and our dog.

The issue with booking and having to be in a non pet area due to a booking error. A communication issue between booking.com and the venue. We were lucky they accepted us but it made for a difficult conversation even though I had messaged numerous times to confirm. I shouldn't have to follow up on multiple platforms, and my booking.com messages with the venue confirmed they had dog listed on my booking.

The staff was great, the location was perfect for an airport commute. The recent remodel was a pleasant update!

*Tiny mention, more so a recommendation* The only thing that could have been better were the sheets. They were pretty rough and abrasive especially since the weather was harsh so everyone’s skin already was angry.
