Sheraton Duluth Hotel

The staff on my second night were warm and friendly and very welcoming, as were the ladies that completed my checkout. The room was very nice and comfortable and I absolutely loved the shower 😊.

My first experience with the front desk staff was less than stellar to start off with. The lady was extremely cold and uninviting wouldn’t talk to me or make eye contact with me as I stood at the counter waiting to be helped.

Staff were super friendly, and professional. Room was clean and shower was outstanding.

Parking! We were traveling with my 84 year old mother. The distance to the parking garage was too far to haul luggage. Need to park by hotel door and unload first. Route to sky bridge parking garage is too far away to be convenient.

Our stay was good only complaint is the price of room. When I made reservations I told them I was having surgery and they never offered the rate for hospital stay I made reservations on 800 number. When I checked in she told me that they have a special rate for Hosp however she could not give me that price because I prepaid for room that price was half the price I paid would be nice if I could get that refunded to me

The room and view of Lake Superior were great! The location was easy walking distance to restaurants and shopping.

Parking was hard to find. They do have a public spot for free in the back of the hotel. We had to call and get directions.

Super loud girls running up and down the hallways and slamming doors all Friday night. Saturday was much quieter.

the location was great. We walked down to the lift bridge and enjoyed that area. It was a little pricey, but so sparkling clean and well maintained. We value that.

the street work made getting around a little awkward, but that will be resolved and is not the fault of the hotel. I do think there could be a little more signage on the trip from the parking structure to the hotel.

The person who checked us in and out was very friendly, helpful, and customer focused! We ordered breakfast, picked it up, and brought it to our room. It was delicious! The room was clean and nicely decorated! The bed was very comfortable! The waitress at the restaurant was very customer focused, helpful, and friendly. She gave us disposable tableware for the meal we brought in from another restaurant. The restaurant at Sheraton was closing soon.

No suggestions! Keep having the Sheraton clean up to Covid standards! Praise your front line staff! They make or break a customer’s experience!

great location lake view. Nice staff smooth check in. A lot of fun things and restaurants within walking distance.

Window is kinda dirty but isn't a big deal, the price is match its quality but still a little high

Rooms were clean

Elevator was out when we arrived, had to take the steps with our luggage to the 4th floor. Elevator was out longer than expected so we had to take the steps a few times, not easy for 53 yr olds

The location the friendly staff and the spacious room and getting in early

Sound proofing so everyone who passed our room could have a privat conversation. We heard it all.
