The room was clean and neat with good breakfast

This room was purchased through booking for a guest . The guest ended being charged for the room inspite of the fact I entered my card information. I wish I'd have known and would have shown up in person to avoid embarrassment for me and the guest who was expecting a paid room and myself who had to reimburse them. I've purchased rooms for a guest on 3 separate occasions at other motels through a third party sight such as bookings this is the first time this has happened. I simply wish I'd have realized.

Location to Sampson state park very good. Price reasonable for gorgeous city of Geneva

Breakfast was "to go" type. I ate elsewhere. Only complaint about the room is the door knob didnt work probably and the lock kept staying on. Need to adjust handle twice just to shut the door. Room 115

no micorwave in the rooms the coffee was not good taste like crap the front desk person was sleeping at the desk my husband had to wait until 6 am when she opened the door so he could get back in to the hotel

The view of the falls was amazing! We were on the 12th floor, it was perfect! I liked how close it was to the elevator going down to the falls also.

I didn’t like paying to park my car. I feel it should have been included in my hotel stay.

The location was more convenient than I had expected. We were able to go downtown quickly and eat at a delightful old movie theater that had been converted into a brew pub. The room was comfortable and the price was very reasonable.

The breakfast bar was nothing special.

The stay coincided with the smoke from Canada so we had to cut the trip short. It didn't have anything to do with the hotel.

Very friendly and helpful staff! I accidentally left my watch in the room on its charger and the cleaning staff rushed out to get it to me as I was checking out! Thank you so much!

The walls are pretty thin, so it is easy to hear the next room over.

Not much to choose for breakfast. Shower head needed fixed. Walls very thin. Can hear people talking in hallways.

Location is fine. Very clean. A/C in room works good. Very quiet. Haven’t had breakfast yet. It appears breakfast will be a grab n go, which is disappointing.

1. No A/C on in lobby 2. It’s a turnoff to see paper sign on front door saying something to the effect of Covid -> staffing shortages -> we’re doing the best we can. 3. Bed is a little firm / maybe worn out. But bed is good enough. It’s not a disaster.

it was small and dated facility but overall nice, quiet and clean.

price was very high for the room with double bed for couple, it’s mediocre chain, not a luxury hotel.
