love how close it is to the Brewers stadium and that they offer a shuttle to and from the game. Dave is the driver of the shuttle and he is awesome! The continental breakfast they offered was amazing! Lots of variety (they had chocolate soy milk and almond milk along with flavored cream cheese!) they had lots of hot options as well like eggs, bacon, sausage, biscuits and gravy. We had an accident in the bathroom with a glass shelf and the woman at the front desk (I didn’t catch her name) was very prompt in coming to the room to take care of it and and offered to switch our room but it wasn’t necessary.

the pool and hot tub were closed, I’m sure there was a good reason I just didn’t ask.

I chosed that hotel due the distance to my target. We had a nice receiption and a friendly staff, as well as a really good breakfast choice! Room, its condition and cleanliness had been okay. Unfortunately we did not find the time to use the inhouse pool.

The noice of the AC. Also with the reduced temperature settings, it re-powerd on after a few seconds, so I had to switch it off. Also I made the experience, that there must be any electrostatic loaded plastic stuff in the duvet or the matress topper - it was not really pleasant to sleep within an electrostatic loaded surrounding:-( Had been disturbed while the night by hearing the steps on the wooden floor from above...

Everything is awesome. We stay here for every visit to milwaukee to see family. The pool and hot tub are incredible. The breakfast is the best we've had. We drive from western canada to see family here so we stay at many places and this hotel is hands down the best one. We always look forward to staying here. The rooms are very spacious, beds are amazingly comfortable and the kitchenette is just a bonus for a family to make easy quick meals. It's quiet, clean and location is awesome for easy access to all stores needed. The staff is incredibly professional, helpful and always welcoming. I would recommend this hotel to any traveller's coming to the area. Wish there were more hotels along the way back that were exactly like this. But none of them compare to what this hotel brings.

There is nothing we don't like. We have stayed here multiple times and will always come back.

Decent breakfast (coherent with the price). Nice pool (good if you're traveling with kids). Good internet. Very kind and helpful staff.

I'm not fan of carpet in the room. Also, there was a loud guest on the upper floor who stomped too much, and it was disturbing (structure is not good enough to isolate noise, I suppose).

Definitely loved the stay we had. Best breakfast I ever had while staying at a hotel. Staff was very helpful and friendly. If you are going to a game, they have a shuttle that will take you and pick you up . Driver we had (Dave) was super friendly

water pressure in the shower sucked and didn’t have hot water till the next day.

The location was great - not Downtown, but just a few mins away, parking was easy and available on the street too - traffic wasn’t too crazy and it was always quiet. Lobby was small though, but clean, spotless and brightly lit - the breakfast area was in the basement - where the bar/cafe was. Front desk also had snacks/refreshments on sale, which did come in handy. Room was comfy, heated up really quickly, good size and loved the fully equipped kitchen - at least it had a proper fridge, and not just a mini-fridge where you have to squeeze everything into. Having a fully equipped kitchen was a plus, since it had plates, cutlery, etc. Lots of room for luggage, and there were extra pillows, comforter, etc. Bed was super soft, just the right height too and comfy pillows. Bathroom was stocked up with towels and the TV was massive - it was all well planned and designed.

The front desk staff at check-in time seemed a tad curt? A smile and just being chill would be great. The night staff, she was amazing though.

the room indicated a queen bed but comparatively it seemed like a double bed. because the room was an ADA room (which was fine) using the shower was impossible. the shower was not adaptable for people that did not require it to be ADA, the shower head needed an additional holder (I have seen this in other hotels)

The staff were great! Helped right away with any questions we had during our stay. The hotel was clean and affordable and close to everything we needed.

The area wasn't the best. Made me nervous about parking in the back parking lot. If it wasn't open to the neighborhood I would have felt better. Nothing happened to our vehicle and our stay was great!

The room was exceptionally clean.

In the shower on the back wall were conditioner and shampoo dispensers. There were separate bottles on my sink but I assumed I wouldn’t need them. But as I was taking my shower & went to get shampoo and conditioner both were empty (probably explains why I was given bottles). If you give out bottles of bathing products then remove the wall dispensers.

It was easy to access. Large parking area. Room was cleaned everyday. great pool and whirlpool. very good breakfast.

The floors were creaky but overal it’s a great place to stay.
