close to Disney land

the tv in the room was only in Japanese I asked the the guest service they told me they can’t put it in English I stayed 7 nights with no TV at all first night check in was too long waited for 2 hours to get my room keys this was the 3rd April 2023

Beautiful ocean view. Clean and many activities if you have kids including an arcade (not expensive) and free INDOOR pool access. The staff is phenomenal and made the experience great. The resort line is right across the street and there's a shuttle that takes you there. On the property there are many beautiful places to take pictures and even have a wedding ceremony. The Crystal Chapel and the Garden Chapel are no joke. When your trips comes to a close there is also a shuttle $10-$15 that will take you to the Henada or Narita Airport at specified times. Of course you can't forget the whole experience has Disney woven throughout.

You have to pay to use the outdoor garden pool (the one with the waterfalls pictured) only for 2.5-3.5 hours depending on time of day and it's not cheap about $35-$55 per person depending on the chairs and umbrellas you want and was even more expensive on the weekend. Also note there is NO beach access/Beach in general anywhere near this property. Being a summer vacation, that was a bummer.

We felt that the breakfast buffet was excellent, and the best we experienced during our travels throughout Japan.

We were disappointed to find that the outside pool had closed for Winter, literally the day we arrived. Although I had received notification of this a few weeks prior to our trip, I did not feel that I had enough time to change locations. The outside pool was a major drawcard for me booking accommodation at the Sheraton Grande in the first place, so I feel that I did not get my full money's worth when it came to the use of the facilities (especially as it was unseasonally hot the 2 days we were there).

Helpful friendly reception, the room itself with gorgeous view of Tokyo bay and Mt Fuji and attentive housekeeping staff absolutely amazing. The hotel was so spacious and spotless, a really beautiful venue with plenty of room for everyone. Food in restaurants and room service was Aussie proportions and delicious. Smoking room for the hubby. He also enjoyed swapping stories with the barman :0) Wish we stayed longer to also enjoy the pool and sauna.

The long wait for breakfast, a grandmother with a beautifully behaved 6 y/o child only to be seated as far away as possible behind a wall, when there were many other tables available. Standing in line to purchase an armband for my granddaughter for the play room and watching others buy the armband without their child present, but they insisted that I had to go back upstairs to collect my child to show them so she could have her armband. Both of these happenings felt racist and as an Australian have never felt that way anywhere in the world.

Booked a Family Premium and stayed in spacious Room 800. The room was renovated and spacious for our family of 5. Breakfast at the club lounge had a variety of dishes and the club lounge was not busy during our stay. We also had access to the Oasis spa which had an Onsen and indoor pool. The staff was kind and accomodating. Hotel also has an arcade and 2 beautiful wedding chapels that we checked out during our stay. Location is great when visiting Disneyland and Disneysea.

Everything was perfect apart from one staff member refused us entry to the club lounge because they didn’t know our Family Room included club lounge access but it was quickly resolved by another staff member.

We stayed here primarily for the location and it did not disappoint. Being able to buy Disney tickets at the hotel also was so convenient. We booked Club rooms which were a worthwhile investment as you can definitely eat dinner with the offerings from 4 - 7pm. The breakfast is vast and extensive as well and the variety of breakfast and the offerings at dinner time varied and were always fresh. Staff were lovely, we really enjoyed our stay here. It is next to Toy STory hotel so I would def stay here again instead of trying to get into the disney hotel.

We had a 4 bed club room - the 2 main double beds were like clouds - but the other 2 beds were quite hard and 2 of us had some difficulty staying asleep. As an afterthought we could of requested a mattress topper, but we were busy with disney.

Location is amazing!! The room was an excellent size for the 3 of us and has everything we needed in room (mini fridge, aircon, toiletries, safe, etc) Communication with staff was generally great although a few miscommunications with English translation. One staff member was a bit rude when we were trying to work out the whizz kids section and if it was of value given my daughters age and we were shooed away. Laundry onsite is fantastic and easy to use. Dryers take a while to properly dry clothes. Access to the shop inside the hotel was very convenient. Check out was super quick and easy and they open at 6am.

We were on M2 and the foyer at the elevators had the occasional dog pee smell, likely due to the dog wing being the floor below.

I love this hotel, it’s the second time I’ve stayed here. It’s perfect for visiting the Disney parks. The monorail is literally right out the front of the hotel, you can’t be any closer. They upgraded us from the ocean dream room to the tropical room which was really nice. I definitely recommend booking either of those themed rooms for your stay. It really adds to the experience for a Disney trip. The tropical room was so nice and newly remodelled. The rooms are so large. We had a balcony with a beautiful view over the bay, and even saw Mt Fuji on a clear morning! The staff are lovely and helpful. The bathroom is really nice, and there’s so much space in the rooms. Absolutely recommend the tropical room!

Great location for family of 5 visiting Disney at end of Japan trip. Super comfy beds, helpful and friendly staff, kids loved the mini golf and room service. Access to Exec Lounge was brilliant which included a fabulous Japanese and Western breakfast selection, all day snacks and beverages until 10pm plus nightly cocktail hour. My daughter enjoyed the spa and sauna. Games room and indoor pool were fun. Service staff provided a special birthday surprise for my son with short notice which was very appreciated! Dropping luggage at Welcome Centre at station for free delivery to room after check in was very convenient! Bath in room was luxurious. Nice view of the Disney parks from balcony.

The Superior Family Room was a bit bland and didn't look like the advertised photos re multiple bay views, decor and furniture which was disappointing on arrival. But I did warm to room by end of trip because the pros of the property far outweighed the cons!

Was quite worry would take a long time for check in due to previous comments. However it was very smoothly to check in, we even had 1/2 hr earlier check in. Staff at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. She upgraded our room to higher level which has both view of part of ocean and Disney Land. We're lucky could watch fire work at night and all of us were very happy about it. Location is very good if you plan to visit Disney, the hotel is opposite the Disney train station and there is shuttle bus even just 2 min walk from the station. Our little princess love the bedroom, she worn her little pajama and slipper supplied from hotel all the time when she's in the room. Buffet breakfast on L1 had various choices also there was a kid's help yourself area so kids could enjoy do something by themselves. We had buffet dinner during the stay and we love the beef which cook nicely, highly recommend. Some staff speak little English but front desk staff speak English well, no communicate issue.

There is fee require if you want to use locker for indoor swimming pool.
