The interior design of the hotel both common area and room excellent. The staffs are very good and attentive. Location great as within walking to MRT Station and only one stop from Taipei Main Station.

Some might agree and some might disagree. Breakfast arrangement was a bit misleading. Was not aware of it til after completing my booking. I am saying the Starbucks pts breakfast was not good. The place is excellent and service good. But paying so much for a hotel stay ,could expect better. I have been a frequent family traveller, all of us always look fwd to the buffet breakfast or dinner. Wide range n food choices for everyone and bonding time. Starbucks is good but daily. If known earlier I could choose not to include in. Then I could have a breakfast there one morning and the rest outside. Plenty stalls on local food within walking distance surrounding hotel

The location was perfect, close to Taipei Main Station (airport express train) and direct line to the 101 tower, also quite close to the subway station Shandao Temple

The breakfast is served at the Starbucks, you may have too many points to spend considering your appetite, but points can be spent throughout the day.

Location was great, staff service and politeness was awesome. Help and support is within minutes whenever we needed it. Kudos to the team for making my stay enjoyable.

The room's main door can't be kept open, it is difficult for families having to move luggage, bags and baby stroller out of the room. So someone has to stand by the door to keep the door open while the other person has to move all the other things. It is very inconvenient for us especially when there's only 2 adults and 1 toddler. Room trash bin is too small and there is no centralised bin for me to dispose at my level, had to bring to level 1 to dispose. If the fridge temperature can be colder to cater for families needing to store medicine for children. The current temperature is barely cold to keep anything in there. Hope to have all these changes when I return

The location is around the center of the city, located just beside the MRT station. The room design is simple and modern, the furniture arrangement is made to feel the room become more spacious. Love the bathroom, the toilet has separate room from the shower/bath tub and it has an automatic bidet and seat warmer (the best!), shower room is separated from bath tub - each with generous space. The hotel provided free automatic laundry machine and dryer (self service) can complete the washing in 30 mins and 45 mins for drying with just pressing 1 button (no hassle!), the laundry result was excellent, perfectly dried and not too much detergent. I think this is the best hotel experience I got so far, best value for money! Definitely will stay here again and refer this hotel to all my friends.

Breakfast is with Starbucks, they provide you a credit of around TWD300/day/person with 10% discount. This is a generous amount to spend in Starbucks. I would not consider this as something major though, I am happy with this arrangement anyway - just mentioning this as the least of my overall best experience staying in this hotel.

The location is superb. My partner and I are in love with the room. It is clean and spacious for two. The interior decoration is modern and cozy. It has a sofa area where we can relax and have tea after spending a long day on the street. The housekeeping service is very flexible. We had terribly jet lag the first two days. The front desk was very helpful to arrange for housekeeping in the late afternoon. We had a brilliant time at the hotel.

If I had to be picky, I would say the selection of teabags could be more diverse. For example, to include English tea or black tea. The Taiwanese tea is delicious, though. It is just personal preference.

The Location was great, just a station away from Main Taipei Station. There are 2 units 7-11 shops, supermarket & MacDonald next to the hotel. The best part is Hilton Hotel Lobby has this amazing smell, that greets us every time we enter the lobby. The staff are great and always ready to help at the front desk. The free laundry machines at the laundry room are of great help! We really appreciate the staff who let us to use the laundry room, despite the closure time; as our baby puked, & we were able to wash her cothings was a BIG PLUS! Breakfast is collaboation with Starbucks next to the hotel using points issued & needed to download the App. And we could order breakfast in advance too. There are also many local eateries nearby and of course the famous Fuhang Soy Milk is a must try!

Good if, they could assist with our luggages, especially we travelled with young children, whom were tired after a long flight.

Everything was fantastic. I couldn’t think of any other place better than this hotel. I don’t know what to begin with, but the most impressed thing was that even though I made a reservation which is not non-refundable, because of the typhoon we had to reschedule the trip, the hotel arranged the date very kindly. Other than that, stuffs are super friendly, facility is perfect. Location is super convenient, everything such as places to eat, supermarket, is within walking distance, one stop from Taipei by MRT. I can’t praise this place enough.

Location was superb, there are many great breakfast area near to the hotel. i love the complimentary 24 hours laundry room and a water dispenser which is available 24 hrs. love it.

Check in experience around 1plus/ 2pm on off-peak week days. There were 2 queues, one was with the main receptionist, one was with the concierge. While i was queueing to check in, the concierge man ask me to proceed to his counter which i did. He mentioned rooms are not ready, asked us to leave our bags and come back later. After which, i saw other guests leaving with room card from the receptionist queue before and after me. Upon which i decided to try and queue to check in again, at which it happened and i managed to get check in this time. It was certainly not a pleasant experience as everything esle checked the boxes for me, especially the receptionist and all the staff in the hotel.

The room are wonderfully comfortable, and amenities are fully available. We love the industrial style decor. What really impressed me is the level of service. My wife fainted and had an accident in the shower. The staff was extremely helpful and called for an ambulance and assist us to transfer her to the lobby. The front desk supervisor Steffi Lin even offer to accompany us to the hospital and give us her contact so that we can contact her if we need help anytime. When we were back to the hotel from the Hospital, Steffi immediately greet us and offer help of cold compress and drinking straw as my wife had injured her mouth. Throughout the next 2 days of stay, the hotel staffs have showed concern for my wife conditions. Excellent job, Hotel Resonance! Throughout our 2 weeks' vacation which we traveled Hsinchu, Tokyo and Taipei we were most impressed by our stay here.

Location is great; 1 stop away from Taipei main station and MRT exit just right next to it. Numerous local breakfast eateries, convenient stores, supermarket nearby. Clean and comfortable stay with helpful and nice staff. Infant crib bed, milk warmer, milk bottle sterilizer and baby bathtub provided to make my trip much easier. Hot water available 24hrs at gym room. There’s a guest laundry room with washing detergent provided. Free parking available for hotel guests but spaces are limited as they are also open to public. Easy access to other areas of the city.

3 washers and 3 dryers provided for free for all hotel guests (6am-10pm). Some guests could actually do their laundry at once with 1 washer but they ended up occupying 2 washers, making the waiting time for other guests much longer. I think the opening hours of it can be changed to 6am-11pm and the self-serving laundry facility should charge a fee (for example NT50 for a round of washing or drying) to encourage guests to use the facility responsibly.
