Everything was good. Especially for safety is best version. We could not walk in all levels, we had keys only to our lever to neighbours was not chance. Location is best. In the centre of city. Nearby beautiful Zorlu. Hotel is nice and beautiful. Room is big and furnitured very rich. TV big. Lobby and restaurant beautiful. Swimming pool warm and clean what I loved and sauna also nice. Advice you. Nice hotel. Breakfast is good and rich, full of choices. Especially Yahya's service is best. They clean every day and everyday changes towels, what was so kind. No one disturb you with other things. Advice. And in Turkey all hotels are narrow because of land expencivity and many otels small even rooms can be small. Here was big and beautiful room.

only little issue because of my debt card doesn’t accept holding amount,and they did a-deduction and refund on my visa card without my permission for checking although i selected pay at arrival which I believe isn’t right for Hilton hotel guest , also if a guest came late for breakfast the should wait till he finish before they remove the buffet

The standard room was quite spacious. The bed was quite comfortable. The bathroom was nice. The staff were friendly, they helped us with finding a dry cleaner’s, booking taxis, etc. The cleaners did a good job.

The view wasn’t amazing naturally due to the location. A small gesture (congratulations card) would be appreciated as we let them know we were there for our wedding - this is not a criticism only a suggestion for improvement of their services

The property is beautifully decorated. Room size was pretty big. Breakfast was awesome!

There weren’t enough provisions, for example, the bed side tables on the either sides, didn’t have any drawers. That created some hassles. Also there was no chest drawers for storage of clothes, and as I stayed there for 8 nights I found only the wardrobe not sufficient enough for long stays. The interior design of the room lacks vision for longer stays.

Hotel staff was friendly and helpful. Fatma,from housekeeping and cleaning, always met with a cheerful smile in the mornings and did a fabulous job in cleaning the room. Breakfast spread was decent and had a mix of local and healthy cuisines.

The room had a pillar right in the middle of it. It dampened the experience slightly. The view wasn't the best either, but it was decent given the location in the busy area of the city.

The view was fantastic ! Probably the fanciest room I have stayed in the bathroom was very pretty, the room had very cool gadgets like a shower speaker, invisible glass window even a ring doorbell with a camera and speaker phone ! Breakfast was delicious with a smaller but varied selection that changed every day. Ozgur was fantastic at serving us and suggested extras that you could have cooked straight from the kitchen like eggs Benedict for no extra charge. Another waitress, a blonde lady who I unfortunately did not get her name always remembered us and brought our favourite drink which we could Turkey tea upon arrival . The evening menu was familiar to us and it was delicious we tried something different every night and couldn’t fault a single dish. My mums favourite was the chicken leg :)

The staff is the main asset of this hotel. In Istanbul there are thousands of nice hotels, but what really counts is a customer service. The guys from the reception, kitchen, and bell boys were all amazing! I wish I could remember all their names to make it more specific. I only remember Eren, who was super nice and helpful! Hilton management should be proud of its employees and appreciate their hard work! If I am back to istanbul, I will be defo going back to the same hotel, and not because of the location or facilities, even though it was good, but for the people who work there.

Location and friendly staff particular Emre Dogu made my long stay a perfect experience with a room upgrade.

All was good, but in any hotel after a long stay one needs change of breakfast variety. The breakfast was very good with different options, but more variety of fruits or change of fruits was required.
