Ballina Heritage Inn

Easy check in via phone , very impressed, as we arrived late at night, everything you need in the room , nice and cosy, love the furniture and that antique feel. Comfy bed. Thanks to Brendan & team!!!

We arrived at 8 pm, experienced rain & stormy weather all the way from Brisbane, we were very tired. It would be nice if cleaning staff next morning were not too loud and more mindful of people who is next door & could be sleeping.

Room 3- ground level. The bed is absolutely the best we’ve had during our travels! Lovely staff, clean, laundry facilities, close to everything (Henry Rouse Pub has delicious meals- Ballina RSL is rubbish, don’t bother!) and all the other good things that anyone would want in an inn.

A big slippery step to get out of combined shower/bath but there are handrails to hold on to.

We actually got caught in Ballina during the recent floods. I cannot thank Brendan and Erin for their tirelessly hard work in accomodating all the guests needs. They sandbaged around the entire motel to protect our cars and even accessed food in the form of chicken wraps from Bryon to feed us.In every possible way they helped us. As a result we will never stay anywhere else. I thoroughly recommend the Heritage Inn for a fantastic all round experience. Thankyou again Brendan and Erin

A very nice motel. Our room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Nice large bathroom. Room was nicer than in pictures. Room was quiet even though motel looked full. Easy walk to cafes and restaurants. Easy process for check in when reception closed. Would happily stay again.

Nothing. Everything was good.

Lovely clean comfortable room. Lots of space. Very comfy bed. Nice toiletries to use. Great location opposite the RSL for a meal. We had undercover parking for the car as we were upstairs. Warm welcome from the lady on the reception.

Thought it was a little overpriced comparing it to other stays we have had.

Centrally located. Perfect for the family. Easy walking distance to restaurants and bars. Comfortable beds and nice complimentary toiletries.

There were some bugs that were in the bathroom and kitchenette areas and the fact that we had to ask a fellow guest not to smoke on the balcony outside our room.

The Apartment is spacious and the main bedroom is away from the other rooms so the privacy was good.

There were six of us so it would of been nice to have a larger dining table for us all to sit at during a meal. we had to use the couch for the other 2 to eat. There is no Kitchenette so It was a little weird cleaning dishes in the bathroom sink. They should also have a smart TV in the living area for the kids to be able to watch movies etc.

The premises & staff were excellent. We had to go to attend a funeral & had to arrive before normal arrival time, but said that was no problem, we could park on the premises. As it turned out, the room was almost ready, so that by the time I'd booked in we could go into our room.

Lights in main room a bit dull. Hand basin situated outside bathroom, also to be used as a sink. Not convenient.

Fabulous space in the apartment for 3 sisters and the bathroom was spacious enough for the 3 of us to be at the mirror at the same time, convenient having a toilet in a separate room and plenty of pace in the lounge dining to spread out.

The twin room of the apartment did not have a lamp on the bedside table.

The family were getting together for our son's 40th birthday party at a nearby venue. We asked for a room that could accommodate our elderly Mum & Dad ( wheel chair etc ) and be close to them. No problem with any of our requests, and went to great lengths to place our friends and family close to each other, so we could all catch up, as people were coming from all over the place. ( North/ South etc ) Would stay here again as motel is very central. ( and have stayed here on previous occasions ). Thank you Heritage Inn. Mike & Anne Urunga NSW

The weather, quite windy and cold. But hey it was winter!! The motel has plenty of parking spaces, plenty of room for travelers with boats or trailers. Upstairs accommodation via stairs, plenty of rooms down on ground level.
